3 Apreciados Colegas: En el panorama científico nacional existen diversos cursos dedicados a la patología de rodilla, y en este programa os presentamos la tercera edicion de un curso que quiere huir de la pura descripción e incidir en las evidencias científicas que fundamentan nuestras actitudes diagnósticas y terapéuticas diarias. Continuamente se producen nuevos avances, algunos de los cuales aportan diferentes soluciones para los mismos problemas. Queremos contar con vosotros y con los expertos internacionales que más experiencia tienen para crear paneles de debate en los que se justifiquen y discutan las diferentes opciones existentes para incorporarlas a la práctica diaria. Esperamos que los temas que se abordan en el curso y el diseño del mismo os resulten atractivos y pedimos vuestra colaboración aportando preguntas o casos clínicos que serán presentados a los diferentes paneles de debate y que podréis enviar a través de la página Web de nuestra secretaría técnica. 14 Dear colleagues, Since its inception, BKM has strived to distance itself from the several courses in the Spanish conference landscape devoted to knee pathology. Indeed, we have always shied away from mere descriptions and focused on the scientific evidence that constitutes the basis of our daily diagnostic and therapeutic practice. And this third course will be no different. In it, attendants will be able to interact with international experts of renown, who will share their experience at a series of debate panels, where individual approaches to certain issues can be justified and discussed before they are finally incorporated into daily practice. The directors of the course hope that the topics covered and the course design will promote a fruitful exchange of ideas and viewpoints and would like to ask participants to contribute their questions and share their clinical cases to make the sessions all the more interesting.
