3 Balance board Safety and Cleaning SAFETY WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following precautions before using the balance board. For home use only. Not a toy. Not approved for professional use. The maximum weight capacity is 265 lbs. Supervise children when using. Only use on non-slip floors. Never use close to stairs or any other hazardous areas. Use with athletic shoes. Never use barefoot. Use a mat to avoid any damage to the floor. WARNING: Before beginning this or any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons with pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using. CLEANING Only clean with a damp cloth and mild detergents. AFTER SALES SUPPORT
4 Warming up & preparing for use Balance board Warmup program: In order to enable you to do an effective workout, please do a warmup of 5-10 minutes before beginning the balance board exercises. The following are some warmup exercises that will help. Your body temperature will increase, preparing you for physical exertion, thus improving your efficiency. The warmup will bring your metabolism up to speed. Your muscles, tendons and ligaments will become more elastic, thus reducing significantly your risk of injury. Rotating the torso By rotating the torso, your core muscles will get a good warmup. By doing slight movements back and forth, your muscles are put to use and get good circulation. Stretching the shoulder muscles Hold your arm horizontally in front of your chest on the side to be streched and grab its elbow with the hand of your other arm. Now press your arm at the elbow toward your chest. Hold the position for twenty seconds, then repeat the exercise, switching arms. Stretching the front thigh muscles From a standing position grab the arch of your right foot with your right hand. Pull your foot towards your buttocks so that your knee points downward. Feel the stretching in the hip and frontal thigh area of your upper leg. Repeat the exercise with your left leg. PREPARING FOR USE A balance board my be awkward, at first, to use. It is recommened for beginners to have a second person on-hand while learning to balance on the board. A second person provides support when getting on and off the balance board Do not attempt to exercise alone unless you are comfortable on the balance board. 4 AFTER SALES SUPPORT
5 Balance board Exercises Exercise 1 - Balance Stand with both feet on the balance board, keeping your knees slightly bent. Try to maintain your balance on the board. The edges of the board should not touch the floor during this, the board should be in a balanced position. Exercise 2 - Lunge Make a large lunge on the balance board. To do this, place your right leg on the center of the balance board. The knee of the leg in front should thereby not be out in front of the toes. The leg in back is extended back to a large lunge. Try to maintain this position as long as possible. During the exercise the upper body is straight and in a calm position. Then change leg positions, placing your left leg on the balance board with the right leg extended back. 3 x 20 repetitions, pausing 15 seconds between exercises. Exercise 3 - Knee lift Stand with your right foot on the balance board, while trying to keep your legs slightly bent. Now lift your left knee towards the chest, maintaining your balance. The edges of the board should not touch the floor during the exercise, the board should be in a balanced position. After a few repetitions, switch to the other leg. Do 30 repetitions per leg, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. Exercise 4 - Pushup Assume the pushup position. Clasp the convenient handles on the balance board with your hands. Now try to maintain the pushup position (as a static exercise). As another exercise, actively work out by doing pushups. While doing so, the whole body should be rigid, try not to make a hollow back. The edges of the board should not touch the floor during the exercise, the board should be in a balanced position. Static exercise: 3 x 20 seconds, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. Pushup: 3 x 20 repetitions, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. Exercise 5 - Squats Stand with your right foot on the side of the balance board. Slowly start to bend your knees, whereby it is important that the upper body remain in a vertical position and the center of gravity of the buttocks be shifted to the rear. The edges of the board should not touch the floor during this exercise, the board should be in a balanced position. After a few repetitions, switch to the other leg. 30 repetitions per leg, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. AFTER SALES SUPPORT
6 Exercises Balance board Exercise 6 - Pushup position with squats Assume the pushup position. Clasp the convenient handles on the balance board with your hands. Now try to maintain the pushup position and while doing so, move your knees toward your chest. Your whole body should thus be rigid. Try not to make a hollow back. The edges of the board should not touch the floor during this exercise, the board should be in a balanced position. After a few repetitions switch to the other leg. 30 repetitions per leg, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. Exercise 7 - Lower arm pushups Now assume the lower arm pushup position. To do this, place both lower arms on the balance board. You can hold onto the handle with both hands. Now try to maintain the pushup position (static exercise). Static exercise 3 x 20 seconds, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. Exercise 8 - Balance on one leg Stand with both feet on the balance board, keeping your knees slightly bent. Now bring your right leg slightly away from the balance board and try to keep your balance on one leg. The edges of the board should not touch the floor during this exercise, the board should be in a balanced position. After pausing a few seconds, switch to the other leg. 3 x 20 seconds per leg, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. Exercise 9 - Twist Stand with both feet on the balance board, keeping your knees slightly bent. Now try to cause the balance board to rotate by moving your upper body slightly back and forth. The edges of the board should not touch the floor during this exercise, the board should be in a balanced position. 3 x 20 repetitions, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. Exercise 10 - Buttocks lift Lie flat on your back and place your feet midway on the balance board. Raise your buttocks and repeat these movements several times. 3 x 20 repetitions, pausing 15 seconds between sessions. 6 AFTER SALES SUPPORT

Costs: ADVICE: Free repair/exchange or refund. No transport costs Please contact our service hotline by phone, or fax before sending in the device. This allows us to provide support in the event of possible operator errors. In order to make a claim under the warranty, please send us: together with the faulty item the original receipt and the warranty card properly completed. the faulty product with all components included in the packaging. The warranty does not cover damage caused by: Accident or unanticipated events (e.g. lightning, water, fire). Improper use or transport. Disregard of the safety and maintenance instructions. Other improper treatment or modification. After the expiry of the warranty period, you still have the possibility to have your product repaired at your own expense. If the repair or the estimate of costs is not free of charge you will be informed accordingly in advance. This warranty does not limit the statutory obligation of the seller arising from a warranty. The period of warranty can only be extended in accordance with a legal standard. In countries where a (compulsory) warranty and/or spare part storage and/or a system for compensation are/is require by law, the statutory minimum conditions apply. 11 Tabla de equilibrio Calentamiento y preparación para el uso Programa de calentamiento: Para realizar un entrenamiento efectivo, le pedimos que caliente durante 5-10 minutos antes de los ejercicios de la tabla de equilibrio. A continuación aparecen algunos ejercicios de calentamiento que ayudarán a aumentar la temperatura de su cuerpo, lo que lo prepara para el estrés físico y por lo tanto mejora el desempeño. El calentamiento también acelerar el metabolismo. Sus músculos, tendones y ligamentos serán más elásticos y por lo tanto el riesgo de lesiones se reduce significativamente. Giro del torso El giro de torso permite que los músculos del torso calienten bien. Al hacer movimientos leves giramos el torso hacia un lado y luego hacia el otro y se pone esfuerzo en los músculos y se activa la circulación de la sangre. Estiramiento de los músculos del hombro Levante el brazo hasta que quede horizontal frente a su pecho y tome con la mano del otro brazo el codo. Ahora presione el brazo a la altura del codo contra el pecho. Mantenga la posición durante veinte segundos y repita el ejercicio con el otro brazo. Estiramiento de cuádriceps del muslo anterior Póngase de pie sobre la pierna izquierda y tome con la mano derecha el dorso del pie derecho. Tire de su pie hacia los glúteos de forma tal que la rodilla esté apuntando hacia abajo. Sentirá el estiramiento en la cadera y el muslo posterior de la pierna superior. Repita el ejercicio con la pierna izquierda. PREPARACIÓN PARA EL USO Al principio utilizar una tabla de equilibrio le puede resultar difícil. Se recomienda que los principiantes tengan cerca una segunda persona mientras aprenden a mantener el equilibrio sobre la tabla. Una segunda persona le proporciona apoyo al subirse y bajarse de la tabla de equilibrio. No intente hacer los ejercicio a solas a menos que se sienta cómodo en la tabla de equilibrio. 12 Ejercicios Tabla de equilibrio Ejercicio 1 - Equilibrio Suba a la tabla de equilibrio con los dos pies y con las rodillas un poco flexionadas. Ahora intene mantener el equilibrio en el tablero. Los bordes de la tabla no deben tocar el suelo durante el ejercicio, la tabla deberá estar en estado equilibrado. Ejercicio 2 - Zancada Haga una zancada en la tabla de equilibrio. Para esto, centre la pierna derecha sobre la tabla de equilibrio. La rodilla de la pierna delantera no debe estar situada en frente de los dedos del pie. La pierna trasera se estira para hacer una gran zancada hacia atrás. Intente de mantener esta posición el mayor tiempo posible. Durante el ejercicio la parte superior del cuerpo está en posición recta y relajada. A continuación, cambie la posición de las piernas, la pierna izquierda en la tabla de equilibrio y la pierna derecha estirada hacia atrás. 3 x 20 repeticiones, 15 segundos de descanso entre los ejercicios. Ejercicio 3 - Elevación de la rodilla Párese con el pie derecho en la tabla de equilibrio e intente mantener las piernas ligeramente flexionadas. Ejercicio estático: 3 x 20 segundos, 15 segundos de descanso entre los ejercicios. Flexiones: 3 x 20 repeticiones, 15 segundos de descanso entre los ejercicios. Ejercicio 5 - Sentadillas Párese con el pie derecho de un lado de la tabla de equilibrio. Lentamente comience a flexionar sus rodillas; es importante que la parte superior del cuerpo permanezca en posición vertical y el centro de gravedad de los glúteos se desplace hacia atrás. Los bordes de la tabla no deben tocar el suelo durante el ejercicio, la tabla deberá estar en estado equilibrado. Ejercicio 7 - Flexiones con el antebrazo Póngase en posición de flexiones con el antebrazo. Coloque ambos antebrazos sobre la tabla de equilibrio. Puede tomar las agarraderas de la tabla de equilibrio con las manos. Ahora intente mantener la posición de flexión de brazos (ejercicio estático). Ejercicio estático: 3 x 20 segundos, 15 segundos de descanso entre los ejercicios. Ejercicio 8 - Equilibrio en una pierna Párese con ambos pies sobre la tabla de equilibrio, manteniendo las rodillas levemente flexionadas. Ahora mueva la pierna derecha ligeramente fuera de la tabla de equilibrio y trate de mantener el equilibrio sobre una pierna. Los bordes de la tabla no deben tocar el suelo durante el ejercicio, la tabla deberá estar en estado equilibrado. Después de sostener por unos segundos, cambie de pierna. 3 x 20 segundos por cada pierna, 15 segundos de descanso entre los ejercicios. Ejercicio 9 - Giros Párese con ambos pies sobre la tabla de equilibrio, manteniendo las rodillas levemente flexionadas. Ahora intente girar la tabla de equilibrio moviendo la parte superior del cuerpo ligeramente hacia atrás y adelante. Los bordes de la tabla no deben tocar el suelo durante el ejercicio, la tabla deberá estar en estado equilibrado. 3 x 20 repeticiones, 15 segundos de descanso entre los ejercicios. Ejercicio 10 - Elevación de pelvis Recuéstese sobre su espalda y coloque su pies en el centro de la tabla de equilibrio.
