COMPANY PRESENTATION INTERFLEX was fonded in 97 with a clear target in mind: innovation in cable protection and management. We were pioneers in the Spanish market introdcing a wide range of metal condits and cable accessories. SYSTEM INTRODUCTION The VIAFIL system is formed of electro welded wire-mesh cable trays, complemented by a wide range of accessories to flfill the most diverse and demanding installations. The main advantages of this type of tray are its big open srface (which allows a high ventilation of the cables installed), its light weight and its high versatility. De to its morphology, this type of trays can be ct and bent to shape and assemble them according to the installation needs, adding flexibility to overcome any nexpected change dring the assembly. Thanks to the INSTA-FIX option fond on some of its spports range, the VIAFIL trays can be fixed over them withot the need to se any bolt or lock nt. This makes the assembly process faster and easier, which means a redction on the overall installation cost. The VIATEC system is composed of sheet steel cable trays and a vast accessory range to adapt the assembly to the different installation needs. The clever self copling system, offered as standard in the whole tray range*, decreases the assembly time and provides a safe and strdy connection. VIATEC is available in perforated and solid bottom versions. Indstrial constrction This sector covers a wide variety of installations, from manfactring facilities to power plants, and for this reason the cable management reqirements will be extremely diverse. The broad possibilities that can be fond on the MULTIVIA range give a soltion to this reqest. The environmental conditions, for example, can also be very different depending on the type of application. For example, in a food indstry installation there can be areas with extremely acid agents, while other areas can have a netral atmosphere. Therefore, the wide range of finishes offered on the MULTIVIA range play an important role here. Civil constrction From hospitals to commercial bildings, civil constrction shares a lot of similarities with the indstrial constrction sector. There are two aspects that set it slightly apart, thogh. The first one is the amont of people these types of bildings gather. This means that all the systems involved, inclding the cable management systems, mst be not only reliable bt also safe. Another difference is that recent legal reqirements on pblic bildings have specified the need for halogen free and low fire hazard characteristics for the different systems installed on most of these areas. oth VIAFIL and VIATEC systems offer soltions to comply with all these reqirements. Instalaciones de segridad Este tipo de instalaciones están siendo cada vez más presentes, especialmente en edificios qe reqieren de n tiempo largo de evacación en caso de incendio. La norma más tilizada para evalar los efectos del fego sobre n sistema de bandejas portacables es la DIN40- (Resistencia ante el fego de los sistemas de cables eléctricos para mantener la integridad del circito-reqisitos y ensayo). Los sistemas VIAFIL y VIATEC han sido ensayados de acerdo con esta norma y han obtenido la homologación E90, lo qe significa qe los sistemas de segridad permanecen operativos drante más de 90 mintos.
