5 Professionalism and Ethics At 9h05 Inc., each and every translator that is part of the firm are professional translators that have ongoing training in our areas. 7 Technical Translations We do not change words from one language to another. Translating is a complicated art: it s about transforming language A to language B. For this reason, employees of 9h05 Inc. only translate to their native language. There is nothing more shameful than a text whose translation is an approximation or that even loses integrity. This is why 9h05 Inc. offers its technical, legal and specialized translation services to businesses; all of which are translated by highly trained translators.

9 Certification 9h05 Inc. meets the principal regulations and quality standards of translation in order to guarantee you the best quality possible in the translation of all of your documents. We have the UNE EN-15038:2006 certification and we meet ASTM F2575 standards. UNE EN-15038:2006 / Regulation that describes the process to follow in analyzing the project, the translation and in verifying its quality. As a minimum standard it establishes two reviews of the translation, with and without the original document. ASTM F2575 / This regulation is the United States equivalent of the EN regulation and establishes the specific framework of the translation in order to provide the client with a translation that combines quality and competitiveness.

11 Unique production model In addition to the Project Manager (PM), three people per language are in charge of converting your documents into another language. A The translator analyzes, conceptualizes and translates the document from the source language to the target language. B Section by section and without the source text, the form editor checks to ensure that there are no form errors such as grammatical, spelling, conjugation, or typography errors, etc. C Simultaneously, the content editor checks to ensure the accuracy of the meaning (idea, message, explanation, etc.) and makes corrections as needed.
