Complementary trained in animal production, statistics, software management and leadership. Previous works in agricultural research, development and innovation. Lecturer and author. Former Head of the Peruvian National Agricultural Research Institute (INIA), where started the institutional innovation process. Breeder and Curator of the World Sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas) Germplasm Collection maintained at the International Potato Center (CIP), where developed the two main sweetpotato varieties grown in Peru (INA 100 and Huambachero). Extensionist of the Instituto Rural Valle Grande, Cañete. Consultant of agricultural NGOs and companies. Supervise and coordinate the elaboration and release of the Rule for Potato Seed Production. 4. Supervise and coordinate the registration of potato native varieties. 5. Coordinate the approval and release of the Rule 29088, about Security and Health of Dockers and Manual Carriers, which regulates the use of 50 kg bags. 6. Lead the elaboration and registration of the "Manual de of Technical Rules" for potato trade. 7. Try to get support for thesis about potato business.
