4 Vigésimo Sexto Domingo del Tiempo Ordinario 30 de septiembre del 2012 Stewardship Reflections: 26th Sunday in Ordinary Time 2012~ Anyone who gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ, amen, I say to you, will surely not lose his reward. (Mark 9:41) Our Lord s comment about the simple gesture of giving a drink of water is a reminder of how Jesus taught that we would all be judged at the end of time. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me a drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me. (Matthew 25:35) Our service and sacrifice to our parish and the greater Church allows us to care for Jesus when He is hungry, thirsty, ill or in need. To All Parishioners!
