Almazara Riojana is a family business founded in 2008, specialized in the production of Supreme Extra Virgin olive oil. It was set up with the aim of creating a very high quality product, and therefore, we take care personally of the olives from the very same moment they star growing in our olive groves until they are collected and finally elaborated and distributed. So we can say we know nearly every olive that we use in the production of our outstanding extra virgin olive oil. Our oil extracted within the first six hours after collection. We use a mechanical system which avoids bruising. cold extraction (less than 25 ºC) of the 100% Arbequina olives, the oil is kept into nitrogen inert tanks. Of course no other substances are added. As a result of this process, we obtain 0.022% acidity and a minimum stability of 2 years. TRADEMARKS: OLEUS. We have also developed a Bio/Oganic Extra Virgin Olive: ECOLEUS. It maintains the high quality standars and it is obtained from organic agriculture.
