INSTALLATION OF VALVES AND LEVERS MONTAJE DE VÁLVULAS Y PALANCAS See figs.,.-.. Check the marker on the valve (see 'Set-up Diagram') to identify the hot water (red marker) and cold water (blue marker) valves. (fig ). Feed the valve (9K) along with the previously attached flange nut (), metal washer () and rubber washer () through the installation opening in the sink. (fig.,.). Place the rubber washer (), metal washer () onto the valve from above and screw on the second flange nut (), but not too tightly. (fig.). Place the handle base () on the mounting surface of lavatory. Screw on the shroud () on the valve (), then place the handle (,) on the splines of the valve head, check that the distance 'H' left (fig..) is sufficient to allow elements () and (,)to fit properly if not, remove elements () and (,),and adjust the distance 'H' with the flange nuts (). (fig..) After choosing the appropriate distance 'H', screw home the flange nut () (fig.).. Replace the shroud ()onto the valve ()and screw on the shroud ()until clear resistance is felt, then place the handle (,)in the appropriate position on the splines of the valve head ()(turn the left handle (item, fig.) all the way to the left until it is in the OFF position, the right handle all the way to the right (item,fig.)). De nuevo ponga la protección de volante () en la válvula () y pong la protección de volante () hasta el momento de sentir una resistencia notable, después ponga la palanca (,) en la multicuña de la cabeza de válvula () en la posición adecuada (dé una vuelta a la palanca izquierda máximamente a la izquierda, así que la válvula quede en la posición (posición, dis. ) máximamente a la izquierda, así que la válvula quede en la posición CERRADA, en caso de la palanca derecha (posición, dis. ) máximamente a la derecha). Después de elegir la colocación correcta apriete bien el tornillo sujetador () con la llave en forma de la letra L con el corte hexagonal (K) (adjuntado a la batería) (dis..).. Insert shank (9) of the spout (A) through center hole of bath tub ledge. From underneath the ledge place rubber washer () and metal washer () on the shank, then screw on the flanged nut (). Make sure that the spout (A) is in the correct position. Hand tighten only the flanged nut ().. Insert nozzle () and seal o-ring () into T-connection (0). Thread the T-connection () on the shank of the spout as shown in fig. conección t (0).. Loop hose () as shown in fig. and screw on the hose nut to the T-connection inlet. A 9 0 / / 0 DRAIN ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION INSTALACIÓN DEL DRENAJE See fig Dismantle the drain assembly to the parts shown on fig.. Insert collar gasket () and drain collar () into drain hole of a lavatory. From underneath the lavatory slip under-bowl gasket () into drain collar (), washer () and flanged nut (). Position under-bowl gasket () correctly under the lavatory and screw flanged nut () firmly but do not overtighten. Make sure washer (8) is inside drain body (9) and screw drain body (9) onto drain collar () hand tighten only. Pay attention to align the drain body (9) so that the horizontal hole of drain body will be in the same plane as a lift rod ( 0, fig.). Tighten drain body (9) onto drain collar () and tighten the flanged nut ().. Insert drain plug () into drain collar ().. Remove clip () from ball rod (); undo a ball rod nut () from body, take out sealing washer () from a nut and push the nut forward over ball rod () from the longer end with the thread facing a ball. 8. Insert the sealing washer () and the ball rod () into a side hole of drain body (9). Make sure that the rod ending goes under the plug screw head. 9. Tighten ball rod nut () making sure that the ball rod seat () and ball joint are properly installed. 0. Add Teflon tape to tail tube (0), and mount tail tube to drain body (9).. Lift the drain plug () to an open position, by lowering the horizontal ball rod () down.. Insert lift rod (0, fig.) down through faucet base (, fig.) and top of lift rod strap (). Adjust to proper height and tighten screw ().. Choose the position of horizontal ball rod () in one of the holes in lift rod strap (). Insert horizontal ball rod () through one arm of spring clip () and lift rod strap () and then second arm of spring clip ().. Try if a drain plug () closes the drain by pulling the lift rod. If not, make corrections of position of lift rod strap () and horizontal ball rod (). Veá dis Desmontar las piezas del drenaje según lo demostrado en la dis..
