We understand but considering the major investment a large display represents, this isn t the time to take shortcuts. Read through these instructions carefully and follow the steps from beginning to end in the order given. If you get stuck along the way, or should you need assistance with damaged or missing parts, contact Ergotron prior to returning your product to the store. 4 4 Range of Motion The 5" Desk Stand is designed to adjust quickly and easily according to your needs - refer to following steps for adjustment. Lift - Up & down Tilt - Forward & back 25 5" 5 Rotate - P/L (Portrait/Landscape) Pan - Side-to-side 90 5 Lift Motion 5" 360 Lift display up and down through entire range of motion. If it does not stay in place or movement in one direction is stiff, tension needs adjustment - see below. Adjust until display stays in place and tension, up and down, is equal. Adjust Lift To Increase Tension: Turn screw clockwise. To Decrease Tension: Turn screw counterclockwise. 4 of 6

5 6 Tilt Motion 25 5 Tilt display forward and back through entire range of motion. If it does not stay in place or movement in one direction is stiff, tension needs adjustment - see below. Adjust until display stays in place and tension, forward and back, is equal. Adjust Tilt To Increase Tension: Turn screw clockwise. To Decrease Tension: Turn screw counterclockwise. Top View 5 of 6
