1 IBIZACINEFEST faces its third edition in January 2019 with the collaboration of the City Council of Ibiza, Governing Balear-IEB, Film Commission of the Balearic Islands, Island Council, Tourism Council and City Councilof Sant Josep. IBIZACINEFEST is the only festival in Ibiza recognized by the Illes Balears Film Commission and the Ministry of Culture of Spain (ICAA), the two public bodies dedicated to cinema that Ibiza depends on. The Ibizacinefest is on the official calendar of the most important Festivals in Spain of the ICAA and the IBFC in the Balearic Islands. The Festival includes 5 Official Sections of SHORT FILMS: International Fiction Documentary film. Experimental. National Fiction Animation. 2 Official Sections of FEATURE FILMS: Documentary film. Fiction. Its modern structure of pre-selections allows to include the pre-selected films on our website, allowing many filmmakers to publish, disseminate and recognize their works. From among the pre-selected will be nominated the SELECTED that will participate in the Festival and will be screened in our Auditoriums and will opt for the IBIZACINEFEST prizes. RULES 3rd IBIZACINEFEST 2019 RULES FOR SHORT FILMS: 1-SUBMIT 2-PRE-SELECTION (PRESENCE ON OUR WEBSITE) 3-SELECTION (PROJECTION IN IBIZA AND PUT TO PRIZES). 4-WINNERS 2019 SHORT FILMS: - Works produced as of January 1, 2015 of any nationality may participate. -Sections and durations: Fiction: max. 30 min. Documentaries: max. 45 min. Experimental: max. 30 min. Animation: max. 30 min. -Languages: Works are accepted in any language, only selected and projected short films must be subtitled in Catalan or Spanish if these are not your VO. -PRE-SELECTIONS: The pre-selected works that aspire to be finalists will be shown on our website with their promotional poster, trailer or other information about the short film. All PRE-SELECTED works will receive their Laurel from the corresponding Festival by downloading it from the festival website The producers of the selected works will cede their rights for the screening in our

2 audiences and the possible inclusion of the trailers in promotional videos of the festival without previous signature of no contract. -SELECTIONS: The IBIZACINEFEST SELECTION COMMITTEE will choose 50 short films that will be screened in Ibiza and the 5 winners (1 per category). The Selected will be able to download their Laurel from the corresponding Festival in: -PRESENTATION of the WORKS: The selected ones will make available to the festival their promotional poster in JPEG and a link (web, face, vimeo, etc...) where they can access all the info of the work: synopsis, trailer, etc... for publication in SELECTED works for the screenings will be downloaded on-line, the Festival does not accept physical shipments of films. RULES FOR FEATURE FILMS 1-SUBMIT 2-PRE-SELECTION (PRESENCE ON OUR WEB) 3-SELECTION (PROJECTION IN OUR AUDITS) 4-WINNERS Works produced as of January 1, 2015 of any nationality may participate. -Sections and durations: Fiction: + 60 min. Documentaries: + 45 min. -Languages: Works are accepted in any language, only the selected feature films must be subtitled in Spanish or Catalan if they are not your VO. -PRE-SELECTIONS: The pre-selected works that aspire to be selected and projected will be displayed on our website with your promotional poster, trailer or other information about the feature film. All the selected works will receive their Laurel from the corresponding Festival, downloading it from the festival website The producers of the SELECTED works will assign their rights for the projection in our Auditoriums and the possible inclusion of the trailers in promotional videos of the festival without the prior signing of any contract. -SELECTIONS: The jury of the IBIZACINEFEST will choose the 20 feature films that will be screened in Ibiza and the 2 winners (1 per category). In case the winner does not attend the Festival, the trophy will be sent by mail and will not be eligible for the Special Prize of the Jury and the Audience. (1000$+500$).

4 IBIZACINEFEST afronta su tercera edición en Enero de 2019 con la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, Gobern Balear-IEB, Film Comission de les Illes balears, Consell Insular, Patronato de Turismo y Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep. IBIZACINEFEST es el único festival en Ibiza reconocido por la Illes Balears Film Commission y el Ministerio de Cultura de España (ICAA), los dos organismos públicos dedicados al cine de que depende Ibiza. El Ibizacinefest se encuentra en el calendario oficial de Festivales más importantes en España del ICAA y de la IBFC en Baleares. El Festival incluye 5 Secciones Oficiales de CORTOMETRAJES: Ficción Internacional Documental. Experimental. Ficción Nacional. Animación. Dos Secciónes Oficiales de LARGOMETRAJES: Documental. Ficción. Su moderna estructura de pre-selecciones permite incluir los films pre-seleccionados en nuestro website, permitiendo a muchos filmmakers la publicación, difusión y reconocimiento de sus obras. De entre los pre-seleccionados se nominarán los SELECCIONADOS que participarán en el Festival y serán proyectados en nuestros Auditorios y optarán a los premios del IBIZACINEFEST. Los largometrajes ganadores pueden acceder en nuestro Canal de FILMIN a la carpeta de ganadores. PREMIO ESPECIAL DEL JURADO PREMIO ESPECIAL DELPÚBLICO PREMIO DE LA CRÍTICA-BLOGOS DE ORO Los largometarjes ganadores serán distribuidos, si lo desean, por la distribuidora Indie Rights Movies y tendrán acceso al Canal del Festival en Filmin. El resto de largometrajes Seleccionados y cortometrajes ganadores pueden ser valorados para su inclusión en dicho canal.

SPECIAL JURY PRIZE SPECIAL PRICE OF THE PUBLIC PRIZE OF THE PRESS-BLOGOS DE ORO The winners will be distributed, if they wish, by the distributor Indie Rights Movies and will have access to the Channel of the Festival in Filmin. The rest of Selected feature films and winning short films can be valued for inclusion in said channel.
