4 Miscellaneous Pinch & Trap Hazards SKILL LAB: MANAGER S SHEET (OPTION A) Preparation for Skill Lab: 1. Identify several pinch or trap hazards on your farm. Facilitation of Skill Lab: 1. Instruct employees to brainstorm pinch or trap hazards on the farm and write them in the boxes on their instruction sheet. 2. Instruct employees to identify injury prevention strategies by checking the boxes. 3. Rate the employees and provide feedback for each step. Take-away Question: Ask the employees the take-away question and 2-3 days later have them answer the question. If they are new employees, wait a week to have them answer the question. What are common pinch or trap hazards we need to be aware of? Evaluation Step Evaluation Criteria Rating & Feedback 1.
