Physical Presentation at Bank Office / Procedimiento de Seguridad: Presentación Física en Oficina de Banco Customer or any Authorized Person shall physically present himself/herself at the Bank Office in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. Customer or an Authorized Person shall deliver to an authorized officer at the Bank Office such information and/or documentation as may be required for the complete identification of the Customer or Authorized Person. In the presence of such officer, the Customer or Authorized Person shall duly complete and sign the Payment Order form required by the Bank. Test Key Tested Instructions/ Instrucciones Verificadas con Clave de Prueba Payment Orders will be communicated to Bank in writing, telefax, or by original writing. Bank shall deliver to the Customer or any Authorized Person a Test Key to be used in conjunction with, and contained in, all Payment Orders. Bank will not accept a Payment Order unless such Payment Order contains the specific Test Key required to effectuate the particular funds transfer transaction referred to in the Payment Order. At Bank's request, the Customer shall deliver to Bank written acknowledgment of receipt of the Test Key in the form required by Bank. Page 4 of 8
