1 Fox 500 QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE ACCESS: Phone or internet required to set up account. REQUIRED TOOLS: Screwdrivers, wire strippers and cutters, crimping tool and voltmeter. RESEARCH: Obtain wiring diagram for MAKE/MODEL/YEAR of vehicle. Methods of gaining access to contant power may vary. PRODUCT AND PARTS: Box includes; Main device, antenna, harness, tie wraps, connectors, owner's guide with device serial number. DECODE THE WIRING HARNESS PLACE THE ANTENNA RED CONSTANT 12 VOLT POWER The positive from the vehicle battery located on the harness for instant access to vehicle power. BLACK The negative from vehicle battery A good connection can typically be found on the vehicle s chassis. GREEN STARTER DISABLE Vehicle starter can be disabled from the website or by phone, (see section 6).

2 BLUE IGNITION SENSE When this wire is connected, the device will report ignition on and o! events. WHITE GENERAL PURPOSE INPUT Reports high and low voltages. Some examples; PTO switches on tow trucks, panic buttons and toggle switches, (see section 6). BROWN DOOR UNLOCK Provides a single negative pulse for the remote door unlock, (see section 6). It is IMPORTANT to "nd the right place for the antenna before securing an installation location for the tracker. PLACEMENT OF THE ANTENNA AFFECTS HOW WELL THE TRACKER OPERATES Antenna MUST be mounted with a clear view of the sky. Preferred location for installation is inside the dashboard, not blocked by any metals, as close to the windshield as possible. Attach the dual GPS and cellular antenna to the tracker. Follow the color coding and match the connections: gold to gold & silver to silver. Tighten connectors by hand; do not over tighten, as damage can occur to the tracker.

3 Connect the RED and BLACK wires on the attached wiring harness to continuous power and ground on the vehicle. Find the constant red power wire in the vehicle. Cut and strip the vehicle s red power wire. Strip the red wire on the tracker s harness. Use the barrel connectors provided to connect the tracker wire to the vehicle s power wire and crimp. Allow 5-10 minutes for tracker to power up and obtain Cellular and GPS "x. After connecting to power, use LED indicators on the back of the tracker to ensure good GPS and Cellular signals. Secure the tracker under the dashboard. 4 IGNITION SENSE Consult the wiring diagrams for the vehicle and locate the vehicle s ignition wire. Use the connectors provided to connect the ignition sense wire to the ignition line. Verify the ignition wire by measuring the operating voltage while the key is turned to an ON or START position. Ignition wire should read 0 VDC when key is in the OFF position, and typically between 11V and 14V when in the ON position.

LUGAR DE LA ANTENA La colocación de la antena afecta el funcionamiento del rastreador La antena debe ser montada con una vista clara del cielo. La ubicación preferida para la instalación es en el interior del tablero, que no sea bloqueada por ningún metal, y lo más cerca posible del parabrisas. Conecte el GPS y la antena al rastreador. Oro en oro y plata en plata; no apriete con exceso, pues el daño puede ocurrir en el rastreador. Encuentre el constante cable de alimentación rojo en el vehículo. (El positivo de la batería) Corte y pele el cable rojo de alimentación del vehículo. Pele el cable rojo en el arnés del rastreador (gestor). Utilice los conectadores del barril proveídos para conectar el cableado del rastreador a la batería del vehículo y prense. Compruebe la conexión de alimentación.

7 Conecte los cables ROJO y NEGRO en el cableado de arnés conectado para que continúe transmitiendo la corriente y baje al vehículo. Permita entre 5 10 minutos para que el rastreador tenga corriente y obtenga la señal de celular y GPS. Después de conectar a la corriente, use los indicadores de luz en la parte posterior al rastreador para asegurarse y así garantizar buena señal del celular.
