2 ACT ONE Scene: Riding hood's house Once upon a time there was a girl called Little Red Riding Hood... MOTHER Granny is ill in bed. Be a good girl and take her some food, will you? OK, mum. I ll go there with my basket. MOTHER Here there is a cake, some bread and honey. OK, mum. I will follow the path in the woods. MOTHER Yes. Please go straight to Granny's and don't speak to any strangers! PRIMER ACTO Escenario: Casa de caperucita Había una vez una niña llamada Caperucita Roja... MADRE La abuelita está en cama enferma. Sé una buena niña y llévale algo de comer, de acuerdo? De acuerdo, mami. Allí iré con mi canasta. MADRE Aquí tienes un pastel, algo de pan y miel. De acuerdo, mami. Seguiré el sendero del bosque. 3 ACT TWO Scene: woods Little Red Riding Hood is looking for some flowers for her Granny when she meets a wolf... Where are you going, sweet thing? To visit my Granny who is very ill. She lives in the yellow house on the other side of the woods. You don't say! Allow me to escort you. You never know what you may find in the woods. Thanks! You are very kind, Mr. Wolf. Oh, look at these pretty flowers here! Why not pick a few. Grannies love flowers, you know. SEGUNDO ACTO Escenario: Bosque Caperucita está buscando flores para su abuelita cuando se encuentra con un lobo... Hacia dónde vas, dulzura? A visitar a mi abuelita que está enferma. 4 ACT THREE Scene: Granny's house But while Little Red Riding Hood was picking a pretty bouquet, the clever wolf ran to Granny's house and knocked at the door... Who is it? It is I, your "delicious"... uhhm darling grand-daughter. Oh come in, honey. The door is unlocked. Hello Granny. Surprise!!!! Ohhhh! Help!!!! Help!!!! And the wolf gobbled Granny right up. Then he put on her nightcap and went to bed. Little Red Riding Hood knocked at the door... TERCER ACTO Escenario: Casa de la abuelita Pero mientras Caperucita Roja recogía un hermoso ramo, el hábil lobo corrió a la casa de la abuela y golpeó a su puerta... Quién es? Soy yo, tu "deliciosa!... uhhm querida nieta. Ah entra, querida. La puerta está sin llave. Hola abuelita. Sorpresa!!!! Ohhhh! Socorro!!!! Socorro!!!! Pero el lobo se devoró a la abuelita sin vueltas. Luego se puso su gorro de dormir y se metió en la cama. Caperucita Roja golpeó a la puerta...

5 ACT FOUR Scene: Granny's house (There comes my dessert...) Who is it? It is I, your little grand-daughter. Come in, darling. The door is unlocked. Hi! Ohhh, Granny, what big eyes you have!! The better to see you, my dear. And Granny, what long arms you have!! The better to hug you, my dear. But Granny, what big teeth you have!! The better TO EAT YOU, my dear!! And the wolf gobbled Little Red Riding Hood right up. He was so pleased that he fell asleep and started snoring loudly. But a woodcutter passing by was alarmed... (Ahí llega mi postre...) Quién es? Soy yo, tu nietecita. CUARTO ACTO Escenario: Casa de la abuelita Entra, querida. La puerta está sin llave. Hola! Ohhh, abuelita, qué ojos tan grandes tienes!! Para verte mejor, tesoro. Y abuelita, qué brazos tan largos tienes!! Para abrazarte mejor, tesoro. Pero abuelita, qué dientes tan grandes tienes!! Para COMERTE mejor, tesoro!! Y el lobo devoró a Caperucita Roja inmediatamente. Estaba tan satisfecho que pronto se quedó dormido y empezó a roncar ruidosamente. Pero un leñador que por allí pasaba se alarmó...

6 (snoring) Grrrrrrr Grrrrrrr ssss... ACT FIVE Scene: Granny's house WOODCUTTER That doesn't sound like Granny. I will go inside and see what is happening. (roncando) Grrrrrrr Grrrrrrr sssss... QUINTO ACTO Escenario: Casa de la abuelita LEÑADOR Ese sonido no parece de la abuela. Entraré a ver qué está pasando. Y así fue que el valiente leñador entró, mató al lobo que dormía, le abrió la panza y, de un salto, salieron la abuelita y Caperucita Roja... Muchísimas gracias!! Le estaremos siempre agradecidas!! LEÑADOR Ese malvado lobo no las volverá a molestar!! Caperucita Roja prometió no volver a hablar con extraños nunca más y no volvió a hacerlo. Y todos ellos vivieron para siempre felices.
