European Bachelor-Level Business Sciences" (EBBS) The aim of this program is to meet the requirements for the academic education of business and management graduates in modern Europe. Close co-operation between the institutions involved and jointly agreed programme structures provide a programme of academic excellence, leading to full competence in another community language and an in-depth understanding of the business environment and culture of other European countries. Admission Requirements and Procedures : EBBS (European Bachelor-Level Business Sciences) To be accepted on the EBBS programme you must have completed three semesters of the Bachelor programme (Phase 1) and your grade-point average must be among the best 30% of students on your degree programme for a period of four semesters. To take part in the EBBS programme, you are required to study abroad for two semesters (*see below) at one of the EMBS partner universities. The EBBS course of study is an integrated programme leading to the award of the EBBS certificate. The course of study comprises a minimum of 180 ECTS credits. A minimum of 60 ECTS credits must be obtained at one of the EMBS partner universities. Of these 60 ECTS credits, 40 must be within the business area and include 20 ECTS within the EBBS module "European Affairs". Candidates must be awarded their Bachelor's degree at their home university before being eligible for the EBBS qualification. *EBBS Semester Since 2010, the EMBS Consortium offers the possibility to participate in the programme even for those students who wish to go abroad just for one semester. As part of their programme of study at the host university, they are required to complete a minimum of 30 ECTS-Credits, of which 20 credits should be in European Affairs and 10 in Business Sciences. Please see the EBBS/EMBS Guide of the EMBS partner university you will be attending to find out which subjects or courses are offered. If you do not manage to meet all the requirements for being eligible to receive an EBBS qualification, your study abroad will be treated as a "normal" study abroad. European Master Business Sciences" (EMBS) The aim of this program is to meet the requirements for the academic education of business and management graduates in modern Europe. The requirements for admission to the EMBS are as follows: To be accepted on the EMBS programme you must have completed a Bachelor s degree, Vordiplom or its equivalent, and be among the best 30% of students on your degree programme over a six- or four-semester period respectively. To take part in the EMBS programme, you are required to study abroad for two semesters at one of the EMBS partner universities. The EMBS course of study programme is an integrated programme leading to the award of the EMBS certificate. The course of study comprises a minimum of 120 ECTS credits plus a Master Thesis. A minimum of 60 ECTS credits must be obtained at one of the EMBS partner universities. Of these 60 ECTS credits, 40 must be within the business area and include 20 ECTS within the EMBS module "European Affairs". Candidates must be awarded their Master s degree at their home university before being eligible for the EMBS qualification. The Master Thesis should preferably reflect the European dimension. A European aspect may be given by the choice of topic or by the fact that candidates write their thesis in connection with work undertaken for a commercial or non-commercial enterprise abroad. Campus Europae Se trata de una red de universidades que bajo el nombre de Campus Europae ofrecen unas características adicionales a tu programa de movilidad. No todos los miembros de Campus Europae están dentro de Erasmus +: En caso de que desees hacer tu estancia con una Universidad fuera de Erasmus + no podrás disfrutar de las ventajas económicas de esta beca. En el caso de que desees hacer tu estancia con una Universidad incluída en Erasmus + siempre se te enviará bajo este acuerdo para que puedas disfrutas de las ventajas económicas asociadas a la misma. Como características especiales Campus Europae ofrece: Cursos de idiomas gratuitos para lenguas minoritarias (Speak up): antes de tu marcha podrás familiarizarte con la lengua nativa del país donde vas a estudiar mediante un curso on-line a través de una plataforma. Los alumnus que aprueben 45 ECTS y consigan un B1 del idioma nativo del país recibirán un CERTIFICADO DE MENCIÓN ESPECIAL Los alumnus que realicen 2 años de movilidad en 2 universidades diferentes recibirán un CERTIFICADO DE EXCELENCIA Programa LEP (LearningEmployability Place): es un programa adicional que permite hacer prácticas en el extranjero hasta un máximo de 18 horas a la semana. Hay pocas plazas (alrededor de 20), la solicitud se realiza en los meses Mayo/Junio. El alumno es responsable de la búsqueda institución y dispone de plazo hasta Octubre. La realización de estas prácticas supone 200 adicionales de financiación al mes. Proyecto EuropeHome Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial skills are high on the EU agenda and it is widely recognised that investing in entrepreneurship education is one of the highest return investments Europe can and should make. Europe 2020 advocates for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, and recognises the need for well-educated graduates with the right types of knowledge and the right type of skills including transversal skill, e-skills and solid understanding of their chosen field. Europe needs relevant higher education and education should help students to prepare for life and work, nevertheless employers increasingly report mismatches and difficulties to find highly qualified employees. #EuropeHome aims to contribute to the above-mentioned priorities and proposes a model of a win-win cooperation and a structured framework which involves three target actors (Universities, Employers and Students). The goal of the #EuropeHome project is to address the challenge of student employability and the need of increasing the relevance of education. #EuropeHome will place a particular focus on: Employability and entrepreneurial education to foster entrepreneurial mindsets, as well as address the entrepreneurial skills via an e-module focusing on entrepreneurial transversal skills. Employability and mobility via part-time placements at the home country and abroad to implement a mechanism for matching graduate skills with the labour markets needs, as well as maximize the impact of studies and student mobility by offering to merge both experiences (academic and professional). Employability and internationalisation at home via involving non-mobile students in part-time placements together with international students (tandems). Relevance of education via close collaboration between academia and the world of work thus paving the way towards concrete actions in order to address the identified challenges. Proyecto Empl-oi The project #empl-oi (European Mobility Placements for Open Innovation) proposes a scheme which aims to ensure favourable circumstances for students to earn competences, which are highly valued in the labour market and thus considerably increase the employability of prospective graduates. Involving labour market actors in the design and delivery of programmes, and including practical experience in courses will help to attune the curricula to current and emerging labour market needs and foster employability and entrepreneurial awareness. The ultimate vision of the project is to create structured, favourable and mutually beneficial ecosystem for transnational University-Business cooperation and study models that require students to act across traditional boundaries. The outcomes of the project are: The online course on social entrepreneurship is aimed at fostering understanding about social entrepreneurship and therefore also about the entrepreneurial competences and attitudes. The guidelines will showcase a comprehensive model of university-business cooperation and propose ways of efficiently gathering communication and feedback from the labour market to be integrated in the courses and curriculum. An innovative collaboration structure will reinforce ongoing cooperation between employers and academic staff on a local and international level. Policy recommendations will summarise the conclusions and results of the project and provide practical, evidence-based suggestions for policy-makers.
