2 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING LITERATURE Effective: July 1 st, Townecraft Literature order form should be filled in with the correct amount attached. 2. Please print all information to ensure accuracy, listing items exactly as described in this index. Fax or mail to Townecraft. To insure accuracy, phone requests can not be processed. 3. All orders to be shipped will be at shipping cost plus insurance. If C.O.D. fee will be added to the shipping cost. Returns will be charged at twice the regular shipping cost for round trip postage and handling. 4. Pick ups of literature orders allow at least 5 hours for filling the order on your designated day at Glen Rock. Please Mail or Fax in at least two days in advance, for your literature to be ready for you to pick up. 5. >>>>> PLEASE NOTE <<<<<< Townecraft is sharing in the cost of many of the items. Please help to keep costs to a minimum by ordering literature prudently. Townecraft reserves the right to limit or amend any items on your literature order form request. 6. Por favor escriba toda la información en letra de molde para que se entienda correctamente. Todos los artículos deben estar enlistados, tal como están descritos en este index. Envíelo por fax o correo a Townecraft. Esto asegura que la orden sea la correcta. No se procesará pedidos de literatura por teléfono. 3. Todas las ordenes serán enviadas al costo regular de envío más seguro. Si hay un cargo por C.O.D. será añadido al costo de envio. Los retornos incurrirán un cargo doble de correo regular por las dos vías del envío y del retorno por el correo y por los gastos de empaque. 4. Para recoger las ordenes de literatura se necesita por lo menos unas 5 horas para llenar la orden y que sea entregada en el día designado en Glen Rock.
