My name is Nadine Jacobsen-McLean and I am pleased to introduce myself as your Spanish teacher. You can simply call me Maestra which means teacher in Spanish. Guess what! We already have something in common! Like you, I was interested in learning Spanish, so I practiced and learned through a variety of experiences. I am excited to share what I learned and to monstrate what you will be able to do one day. You too will be able to communicate in Spanish! Each week I will share Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain my knowledge in both the Spanish language and culture from different countries. Just like you, I enjoy l earning about other countries and their food, language and celebrations. While studying at the University of Louisville, I had numerous opportunities to learn Spanish both in Louisville, Kentucky and abroad.
