1 Condiciones de participación 2018 La convocatoria está abierta a realizadores/colectivos de cualquier nacionalidad, que podrán presentar una o más obras producidas entre Las obras deben ser creaciones audiovisuales para la danza/movimiento y viceversa, de una duración máxima de 15 min. Quedan fuera de esta convocatoria los videos que únicamente registren un espectáculo de danza. Las obras serán originales y todos los derechos. INSCRIPCIÓN Y SELECCIÓN Las propuestas deberán ser enviadas antes del 31 de mayo del 2018, junto con el formulario de inscripción debidamente cumplimentado. Los videos deben enviarse a través de un enlace digital con su contraseña. Las obras seleccionadas deberán enviarse en calidad HD junto con 2 fotos en formato JPEG/300pp, en un plazo máximo de 10 días a partir de la fecha de notificación. La selección se hará por un jurado profesional y la resolución de la comisión será inapelable. INSCRIPCIÓN Las obras seleccionadas pasarán a formar parte de la videoteca del festival.

2 PREMIOS Zinetika 2018: 500 Mejor director: 500 Las películas que formen parte de la Selección Oficial Zinetika se proyectarán en las tres ciudades donde se celebrará el festival este año; Pamplona, San Sebastián y Bilbao. REQUERIMIENTOS GENERALES Zinetika es un evento no lucrativo y la inscripción en el Festival implica la conformidad con las bases. Los derechos de autor de las obras serán cedidos para las proyecciones, o actividades del Festival (exposiciones, catálogos, folletos y otras acciones promocionales exclusivamente en relación con el festival). INSCRIPCIÓN El artista asume toda la responsabilidad ante terceros y la ley, por cualquier reclamo sobre la autoría, originalidad y contenido de la obra presentada. La organización se reserva el derecho de interpretación de las bases.

3 Parte-hartze baldintzak 2018 Zinetikak ikuspegi zinematografiko batetik aurkezten du mugimendua, non gorputza eta kameraren arteko harreman anitzak aztertzen diren. Artista eta erakundeen arteko nazioarteko zubiak eraikitzen ditu, kultur-elkartrukea aberastuz. Nazioarteko jaialdi honek, aurten, Iruñean, Donostian eta Bilbon ospatuko du bere III edizioa. Apirilaren 1etik aurrera ZINETIKA 2018 lehiaketan parte hartzeko deialdia zabalduko da. IZEN-EMATE ETA AUKERAKETA Proposamenak 2018ko maiatzaren 31a baino lehen bidaliko dira, izen-emate inprimakiarekin (formatua jaitsi) batera. Bideoak digitalki bidaliko dira pasahitzarekin batera. Aukeratutako obrak HD formatuan bidali beharko dira 2 argazkirekin (JPEG formatua/300dpi) batera, hautaketaren jakinarazpenetik 10 eguneko epean. Hautaketa epaimahai profesional batek egingo du, eta batzordearen erabakia apelaezina izango da. IZENA EMAN Hautatutako lanak jaialdiaren bideotekaren parte bihurtuko da.

4 SARIAK Pelikula onena Zinetika 2018: 500 Zuzendari onena Zinetika 2018: 500 Zinetikaren Selekzio Ofizialaren parte izango diren filmak aurten jaialdia ospatzen den hiru hirietan proiektatuko dira; Iruña, Donostia eta Bilbon. BALDINTZA OROKORRAK Zinetika Festival irabazi-asmorik gabeko ekitaldia da, obra jaialdian inskribatzeak azken honen oinarrien onarpena dakar. Era berean, obraren egileak erreprodukzio eta erakusketa eskubideen lagapena egingo du, jaialdiari lotutako ekintzetarako beti ere: erakusketak, katalogoak, bideoak, liburuxkak eta jaialdiari lotutako bestelako promozio ekitaldiak. IZENA EMAN Artistak legearen eta bestelakoen aurreko erantzukizun osoa bere gain hartuko du, aurkeztutako obraren egiletzaren, originaltasunaren edota edukiaren erreklamazioa dela-eta.

5 Participation terms and conditions 2018 The call is open to filmmakers/collectives of any nationality, which may present a work or more, produced between The works must be visual creations for dance/ movement and vice versa, of a maximum duration of 15 min. Videos that only record a dance show are excluded from this call. The works must be original and all rights must be held by the authors. REGISTRATION AND SELECTION Proposals must be sent before May the 31st, 2018, along with the completed registration form. The videos must be sent through a digital link with the password. The selected works must be sent in HD quality along with 2 photos in JPEG / 300pp format, within a maximum period of 10 days from notification date. The selection will be made by a professional jury and the resolution of the commission will be final. REGISTRATION The selected works will become part of the festivals video library. Its recommended to add Basque and Spanish subtitles, in case there is any text.

6 AWARDS Best Film Zinetika 2018: 500 Best director Zinetika 2018: 500 The films that will be part of the Zinetika Official Selection will be projected in the three cities where the festival will take place this year; Pamplune, San Sebastian y Bilbao. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Zinetika is a non-profit event and registration at the Festival implies compliance with the rules. The copyright of the works will be transferred to the Festivals projections or activities (exhibitions, catalogues, brochures and other promotional actions exclusively in relation to the festival). REGISTRATION The artist assumes all responsibility to third parties and the law, for any claim on the authorship, originality and content of the presented work. The organization reserves the right to interpret the bases.
