2 AGRIFOOD Lleida Agrotècnio Research Center Position Vicerector de Política Científica The enter encompasses all the value chain in food production and technology with special interest in biotechnology, crop optimization, animal production, food technology and related areas. The Center is part of the CERCA network of the Generalitat de Catalunya and aims to become a reference in agrifood research in Europe. The center participates in a number of projects, from ERC grants to collaborative EU projects. In this presentation, we will focus in presenting the Center and offer collaboration for Horizon programs. (coordinator/partner) The Center has defined four flagship projects that matches the Horizon strategy. We aim to establish a very competitive standard to participate in the most exigent calls.
