TEPUY es una organización sin fines de lucro 501(c)(3) comprometida con la preservación de la identidad venezolana entre los inmigrantes venezolanos asentados en la ciudad de Houston y sus alrededores, y el fortalecimiento de su sentido de comunidad. CÓMO TRABAJAMOS PARA CUMPLIR CON NUESTROS OBJETIVOS? Mediante la organización de actividades culturales, educativas y de apoyo comunitario que potencien nuestras fortalezas, permitan el arraigo de nuestras tradiciones y costumbres en las nuevas generaciones, y promuevan el refuerzo de los valores de la organización. CUÁLES SON LOS VALORES QUE FUNDAMENTAN A TEPUY? Nuestras acciones y actividades están alineadas con los valores de Respeto, Honestidad, Tolerancia, Solidaridad, Unión y Excelencia. CÓMO ESTA DISEÑADA LA ORGANIZACIÓN? La organización tiene la siguiente estructura: Junta de Directores. Junta de Consejeros. Dos Comités de Apoyo: Membresía, Mercadeo y Comunicación. Dos Programas de Trabajo: Cultura y Comunidad. DE QUÉ SE TRATA CADA PROGRAMA? Los programas de Cultura y Comunidad se desarrollan bajo el criterio de una planificación anual, en la cual se implementan actividades por programa. Cultura: Desarrolla actividades que involucren artistas venezolanos en diferentes expresiones como música, artes plásticas, lectura, cine, danza así como actividades donde se imparta educación en las área de Geografía, Historia y tradiciones de Venezuela. Comunidad: Desarrolla actividades para apoyar varios segmentos a) Ciudadanos venezolanos residentes en Houston en situación de calamidad b) Pacientes en venezolanos que reciben temporalmente tratamientos por enfermedades criticas en el medical center c) Brindar apoyo de voluntariado a organizaciones comunitarias locales como un gesto de reciprocidad a este país d) Motorizar y apoyar iniciativas de organizaciones con trayectorias y labores reconocidas que brinden apoyo a ciudadanos venezolanos en situación de necesidad o por catástrofes de la naturaleza.

3 QUIÉNES SON LOS COLABORADORES DE TEPUY? Son personas cuyo conocimiento, experiencia y liderazgo en sus respectivas áreas laborales les permite aportar y desarrollar ideas y proyectos orientados a preservar la identidad venezolana, a apalancar a los inmigrantes venezolanos en Houston, y a consolidar el sentimiento de pertenencia a una comunidad de inmigrantes en crecimiento. TEPUY cuenta con la colaboración directa de artistas, empresarios, y venezolanos destacados en diferentes áreas; quienes aportan su pasión y talentos en la construcción y materialización de las actividades de la organización. 7 Commitment Letter* Hereby, (SPONSOR) states its commitments to participate in the 2016 VENEZUELA TE QUIERO (EVENT) as a Sponsor in the level for $. The event, organized by TEPUY (ORGANIZATION), will take place on October 8 of this year at the University of Houston, Texas. Commitment: 1. The Above mentioned Sponsor commits to: Make the total payment pledged to the Organization by September 30, Send by their corporate logo to the Organization by September 12, 2016 in format. o If the Sponsor pledges support through the Auyantepui or Autana level, it must provide the logo by September 6, 2016, in order for it to appear in the September 15, 2016 edition of EV Houston. If the logo is received on September 7, 2016 or afterwards, the logo may not appear in the September 15, 2016 edition of EV Houston. Likewise, the Sponsor must provide the logo by September 21, 2016, in order for it to appear in the September 30, 2016 edition of EV Houston. If the logo is received on October 1, 2016 or afterwards, the logo may not appear in the September 30, 2016 edition of EV Houston. Tepuy does not waive any other obligation under the set benefits for the Sponsor (apart from appearance in EV Houston). Comply with all requirements in regards to space, location, and times as specified by the Organization. Make sure that at the end of the Event the space occupied by the Sponsor during the Event is left in the same clean and neat condition as it was originally. 2. Tepuy Venezuelan Community commits to: Use the Sponsor's logo for this Event only and according to the specifications stated in the Benefits page enclosed for the sponsorship level select by the Sponsor. The corporate logo will be in full color in posters and flyers, and black and white in all other printed material. Comply with all Benefits page enclosed for the level of sponsorship selected by the Sponsor. The signatures below indicate that both parties agree with the terms of this Commitment Letter.
