Our Monthly Celebration in honor of Our Lady of Fatima Sunday, March 7:pm Rosary, Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and candlelight procession La segunda colecta es para las clases de Catecismo para los niños de nuestra parroquia. Gracias por su generosidad. AYUNO Y ABSTINENCIA CUARESMAL En los Estados Unidos de América, Conferencia de los Obispos Católicos ha declarado que la edad para ayunar es desde el cumplimiento de los 18 años hasta el comienzo de la edad de 60 años. La Conferencia (USCCB) permite también la substitución de otra forma de penitencia por la abstinencia en todos los viernes del año, excepto los viernes de la Cuaresma. Por lo tanto, las reglas para el ayuno y la abstinencia para los Estados Unidos son: Cada persona que tiene 14 años o más debe abstenerse de carnes (y comidas hechas con productos de carnes) el Miércoles de Ceniza, el Viernes Santo, y todos los viernes de la Cuaresma.
