1 PINFUVOTE What is PINFUVOTE? It is the mixture of four different sports. It takes rules from: PIN: Ping-pong - FU: football - VO: volleyball - TE: tennis The ball can be hit using any part of the body, including the hands, feet and head. With other teammates players keep the ball up in the air or wait for it to bounce between hits. A player cannot hit it twice in a row. Qué es el PINFUVOTE? Responde a las siglas de distintos deportes, de los que recoge algunas reglas: PIN: Pin-Pon FU: Fútbol VO: Voleibol TE: Tenis El balón puede golpearse empleando cualquier parte del cuerpo: con las manos, los pies, la cabeza combinándolo con otros/as compañeros/as de forma aérea o esperando que bote entre golpe y golpe. Un mismo jugador no puede golpear dos veces seguidas. - THE COURT (EL TERRENO DE JUEGO) The surface can be made of gravel, cement and in the best case scenario wood or parquet. We use these as a reference: Volleyball court (18x9m): teams of 4, 5 or 6 players. Basketball courts (28x15m): teams of 7, 8, 9 and 10 players. Multipurpose courts (40x20m): teams from 11 to 20 players. Over the center line that divides a court (either Volleyball, Basketball or Handball) a net is hung that is, 1,07 meters high. La superficie puede ser gravilla, cemento y en el mejor de los casos parquet o tarima flotante. Las medidas del campo dependen del nº de jugadores que van a participar, y la utilización de las pistas que encontramos en colegios, institutos e instalaciones deportivas en general. Tendremos como referencia: Pistas de Voleibol (18x9m): equipos de 4, 5 o 6 jugadores/as. Pistas de Baloncesto 28 m de largo x 15 m de ancho (equipos de 7, 8, 9 y 10) Pistas Polideportiva de 40 m de largo x 20 m de ancho (equipos de 11 hasta 20) Sobre la línea central que divide cualquier campo sea Voleibol, Baloncesto o Balonmano, irá suspendida una red similar a la de tenis, es decir, a 1 07 m. The spaces of playing (Las zonas de juego) The court has 4 equal spaces no matter what kind of court it is. This is in order to get the same number of players on each space respectively. The closest space to the net is called forward space and the closest to the baseline is the back space.

2 El campo de juego tiene 4 zonas iguales sea la pista que sea. Para que el mismo nº de jugadores esté respectivamente en cada una. En relación a la cercanía de la red, la primera zona se llama delantera y los más retrasados cerca de la línea de fondo son los traseros. - THE BALL AND THE HITS (EL BALÓN Y EL GOLPEO) The ball is made of soft, light foam. The circumference is between 60 and 70 centimeters. The ball can be hit with different parts of our body: feet, hands, and head, but the same player is never allowed to hit it twice in a row. He can only hit it when a teammate has hit it before. The execution of the hit is quite easy and doesn t require great technical skills. El balón es de goma-espuma, de textura blanda y ligero. Su longitud de circunferencia oscila entre los 60/70 cm. El balón puede golpearse con distintas partes de nuestro cuerpo: pies, manos, cabeza, pero nunca el mismo jugador podrá golpear dos veces seguidas, tan solo podrá hacerlo cuando previamente un compañero le haya dado. La ejecución del golpe es sencilla y no se requiere una gran técnica. - THE BOUNCE (EL BOTE) It is allowed a maximum of three aerial hits when the ball can be hit directly. The players is also allowed to wait for the ball to bounce on the floor, therefore there can be a maximum of three hits, whether they are with the hands, the feet or the head; and three bounces in between the hits. If the ball bounce on any line of the court, that play will be considered right. Está permitido un máximo de tres toques aéreos donde puede golpearse el balón directamente. También se puede esperar que el balón bote en el suelo, por lo tanto podrán producirse como máximo tres toques, sean con manos, pies o cabeza y tres botes entre cada uno si se estima

3 conveniente. Si el balón bota sobre cualquier línea del campo dicha acción será considerada válida. - HOW TO GET POINTS? ( CÓMO CONSEGUIR EL PUNTO?) The point is always at stake and it is earned when the following situations happen: The ball bounces on the floor twice in a row. The ball doesn t cross the net. The ball bounces out of the court. A player hits the ball twice in a row. The team hits the ball more than three times. Or illegal fouls: Entering the opposite half over or underneath the net. Smashing the ball right after the serve without any other pass. Touching the net regardless if it s unintentionally. Changing a player from one space to the other before ending the SET. And finally when technical fouls are committed: To insult a teammate. To insult a rival. To insult the referee or to make fun of him. To make any illegal act on the ball. To make any gesture against the audience or to insult them. El punto siempre está en juego y se consigue cuando se produzcan estas situaciones: El balón bota en el suelo dos veces seguidas. El balón no rebasa la altura de la red. El balón es lanzado fuera del campo. Un jugador golpea dos veces seguidas. El equipo toca el balón más de tres veces. O faltas antirreglamentarias: Por invadir el campo contrario por encima o por debajo de la red. Por rematar directamente después de saque sin que haya habido juego previo. Por tocar la red con cualquier parte del cuerpo aunque sea de forma involuntaria. Por cambiar un jugador de una zona a otra sin haber finalizado el SET.

4 Y por último cuando se cometen faltas técnicas: Al insultar a un propio compañero del equipo. Al insultar a un jugador del equipo contrario. Al insultar al árbitro o mostrar burlas hacia el mismo. Al realizar cualquier acto antideportivo sobre el balón. Al cometer cualquier gesto o insulto sobre el público. - HOW TO WIN A GAME? ( CÓMO SE GANA UN PARTIDO?) A team wins a game when they win three sets. A SET equals 25 points and there must always be a 2-points difference. A maximum of 5 sets will be played if the game is tied, and if there s a 5 th SET it will be only for 15 points. The possible results in a game are 3-0, 3-1and 3-2. Un equipo ganará un partido cuando se imponga haga en tres sets. Un SET equivale a 25 puntos y siempre habrá una diferencia de 2 puntos. Se jugarán un máximo de 5 Sets si el partido es muy disputado, con la salvedad de que el último y quinto SET valdrá 15 puntos. Los resultados posibles en un partido podrán ser 3-0, 3-1 ó SUBSTITUTIONS (SUSTITUCIÓN DE JUGADORES/AS) The substitutions are unlimited, the coach decides but the principle of equality has to be respected, there has to be always the same number of players on both teams. The substitution can be made when a play is over and before the serve, no matter which team has the ball. Los cambios son ilimitados quedando a criterio del entrenador/a y respetando siempre el principio de igualdad, no pudiendo existir superioridad numérica en ninguno de los dos equipos. 5 VOLLEYBALL / VOLEIBOL Volleyball is a team sport, both teams play at the same time and the court is divide in two halves (each team plays only in its own half). Aim: to win three sets before the rival. Basic scoring: to get the ball to bounce in the rival s half or they don t pass the ball back to the other half. The court: a volleyball court is 18 meters long and 9 meters wide, it s divided in two halves of 9x9 meters by a net hung between two posts (placed in both sides). Each half is divide in two spaces as well (attack and defense) by a line painted three meters away from the center-line. Length of the game: it doesn t have a determined length. The game ends when a team wins three sets. Score: the games are played between two teams. The winner is the best of 5 sets of 25 points with an advantage of 2 or more points. The fifth set in case it is played it will be only of 15 point (also with a 2-point advantage). El voleibol es un deporte de equipo de participación simultánea y cancha dividida (cada equipo juega sólo en su propio campo). Objetivo: ganar tres sets antes que el rival. Puntuación básica: lograr que la pelota toque el suelo del equipo contrario o que éste no logre devolverla a nuestro campo. Terreno de juego: el campo de voleibol mide 18 9 metros, separado en dos campos iguales (9 9 metros) mediante una red sujeta por dos postes (uno a cada lado). Cada medio campo se divide en dos zonas (ataque y defensa) por una línea trazada a 3 metros de la línea de medio campo. Duración del partido: no tiene un tiempo fijo o determinado. El partido finaliza cuando uno de los dos equipos gana tres sets. Puntuación: los partidos se juegan entre dos equipos al mejor de 5 sets a 25 puntos con una ventaja de 2 o más puntos, salvo el quinto que en caso de disputarse se haría a 15 (también con una ventaja mínima de 2 puntos). - FOULS (FALTAS) The consequence of a foul is a point for the other team and the serve. The MAIN FOULS that are made in volleyball are:

6 To hit the ball more than three times by the same team (not counting the block). To hit the ball two times in a row by the same player (not if the first one is the block). To touch the net. To enter the other half (except with the forearms to do the block). voleibol son: Rotation foul: wrong positioning of some players at the moment of the serve. Every time a team recovers the serve its players have to rotate a position clockwise. La consecuencia de una falta el un punto para el equipo rival y el servicio. Las PRINCIPALES FALTAS que se comenten en Realizar un mismo equipo más de tres toques en la misma jugada (sin contar el bloqueo). Realizar dos toques consecutivos el mismo jugador (salvo que el primero fuese el bloqueo). Tocar la red. Invadir el espacio contrario (salvo con los antebrazos para realizar el bloqueo y sin tocar la red). Falta de rotación: mala ubicación de los jugadores de un equipo en el momento de saque. Cada vez que un equipo recupera el servicio sus jugadores deben rotar una posición entre ellos en la dirección de las manecillas del reloj. PLAYERS (JUGADORES) Each team is composed by 12 players (6 on the field and 6 on the bench). The roles of the players are: a) Defenses or fullbacks: they are in the positions 5, 6 and 1. They have to receive the serve and the smashes, passing the ball to the setter. b) Setters: he usually plays in the position 3. His purpose is to give a good pass to a teammate in order him to do a proper smash. c) Smashers: usually in positions 2 and 4. Cada equipo estará compuesto por 12 jugadores (6 en campo y 6 en el banquillo). Las funciones de los jugadores son: a) Defensas o zagueros: ocupan las posiciones 5, 6, y 1. Deben recibir el saque y los remates, pasándole la pelota al colocador.

7 b) Colocadores: suele jugar en la posición 3. Su labor consiste en dar un buen pase para que un compañero/a pueda efectuar el remate. c) Rematadores: suelen jugar en las zonas 2 y 4. OTRAS REGLAS DEL VOLEIBOL (OTHER RULES IN VOLLEYBALL) There s only one chance to do the serve. It s not allowed to hold or push the ball (it s consider double contact ); it s not allowed either to touch the net or go into the other team s space- The games are ruled by a main referee, an assistant, a timekeeper, a scorer and line referees. The ball can be hit by every part of the body. If the ball bounces out of the court it s foul of the last team which has hit the ball, therefore it ll be a point for the other team. It s considered out when the ball touches the ceiling, the audience or the referees. It s also considered out when the ball touches the posts. When a team serves, the other team cannot block the serve. When a team is going to serve and the members of that team are positioned wrong it s considered rotational foul. En el servicio sólo está permitido un intento. No se puede agarrar, empujar o sujetar la pelota (se considera dobles ); tampoco tocar la red ni entrar en el espacio del equipo rival. Los partidos son controlados por un árbitro principal, un ayudante, un cronometrador, un anotador y jueces de línea. Se puede golpear la pelota con cualquier parte del cuerpo. Si el balón acaba fuera del campo de juego, por un fallo al atacar o por una mala defensa, se considerara falta al equipo que tocase de ultimo el balón, y se le anotara un punto al equipo contrario. Se considera fuera cuando el balon toca el techo, público o a los árbitros. Tambien es fuera cuando el balón toca los postes. Cuando un equipo saca, el equipo contrario no puede bloquear el saque.
