2 Introducción Bienvenidos! Eres alcalde de una ciudad. Una persona muy rica quiere donar mucho dinero a una ciudad para mejorar las escuelas ( para aprender más!). El problema es que no puede decidir cual ciudad! Tú, como alcalde, necesitas mostrar a la persona rica que tienes una ciudad interesante y digna de esta donación. En grupos de 3, necesitas trabajar con dos personas (un erudito y un guardabosques) para colectar información de tu ciudad. Debes contarle de las vistas más famosas, parques, y museos/escuelas.

3 Tarea Tienes que impresionar a la persona rica. Con información de tu ciudad, vas a presentar las vistas más famosas. Puedes incluir fotos de los edificios, comida de un restaurante, ropa costumbrista, y mucho más. No sólo puedes hablar. Tienes que incluir algo visual. Proceso 1. You will be divided up into groups of 3 to research your city. Each member must contribute to the research and take part in the presentation of the city. 2. You will select a city by the countries listed below; the city will be the capital of the country chosen. 3. For the MAYOR, you must find information you find most interesting regarding the main sites of your city. For example, choosing the United States means you would have to research the US Capital and talk about the Monument. For the SCHOLAR, you must talk about museums and/or schools. For the PARK RANGER, you must talk about parks or other natural sites. 4. You will also need to include a map of your city and state where locations are in relation to each other. 5. As a group, you then must detail what you would do with the donation (how you would apply it to the city) in your respective fields (Mayor, Scholar, and Park Ranger). The donation will be $3000 USD (US dollars), so think of how you would split it up! 6. Your presentation must incorporate something visual. This includes, but is not limited to, pictures, food specific to the area, clothes, etc. Your presentation, as a group, must also be at least 5 minutes long! Be careful this can be a long time if you do not have anything to talk about! The maximum is 10 minutes.
