There is a boy that visits the doctor because he fell in the lake. When the boy goes to the doctor, he can t hear his heart. The doctor says, How strange! The doctor is surprised. The boy is surprised. His father is surprised. The doctor says, It is an emergency! The doctor says, I need to take some X-rays of his heart. He reviews the X-rays, and he is very surprised. He says, How strange! How strange! I see your heart but I don t hear your heart. The boy is very worried! Suddenly the father notes that the doctor doesn t have his stethoscope on his hears.
