2 RESUMEN DEL PROYECTO El proyecto trata de crear una automatización de las contabilizaciones de los usuarios de los servicios de transportes. Con este sistema lo que se pretende es evitar la interacción de los individuos y que sea totalmente automático ya que actualmente existen sistemas que contabilizan pero o no son automáticos o tienen que interactuar los usuarios con el sistema. Para realizar el sistema se ha optado por el tratamiento de imágenes, ya que nos permitirá de forma automática contabilizar los usuarios sin que se necesite tener a nadie contabilizando. Para ello se pretende instalar en los servicios de transportes unas cámaras las cuales realizarán capturas programadas. Las cámaras deberán estar instaladas en los techos de las instalaciones, lo que nos facilita la identificación de los individuos evitando superponer los individuos a contabilizar. La metodología usada para la contabilización se basa en la comparación de imágenes. Se realiza una comparación de una imagen con cero individuos con todas las imágenes en las que existan individuos. Las fases de las que consta la comparación son las siguientes: -Comparación a nivel de píxel. -Agrupación de píxeles. -Validación de agrupaciones según tamaño. -Validación de agrupaciones según forma. -Contabilización de resultados. -Comparación a nivel de píxel. La comparación de píxeles consiste en realizar coordenada por coordenada una comparación para determinar en que píxeles se ha producido un cambio. Este proceso se realiza mediante la descomposición de los píxeles en sus valores RGB, comparándolos uno a uno. En este proceso se tienen en cuenta las variaciones propias de los píxeles ya que sin existir ningún elemento que realice la variación del mismo suele existir alguna 2

3 variación, que puede ser provocada por variaciones en la iluminación, el enfoque de la cámara u otros diversos agentes externos. Una vez realizada esta comparación se crea una matriz que incluye los resultados, marcando los píxeles que han tenido una variación considerable, la cual es un resultado superior a un 10% en cada uno de sus valores RGB. Una vez terminada la matriz se podrá realizar los siguientes procesos, ya que todos se realizarán mediante esta matriz. -Agrupación de píxeles. La agrupación de píxeles es un proceso que se realiza para poder agrupar los píxeles que forman cada individuo. Para ello se recorre la matriz coordenada a coordenada para pode agrupar los píxeles por cercanía. Este proceso se realizará a la vez que los dos siguientes, ya que una vez descartado o validado un elemento se procederá a la eliminación del mismo de la matriz para evitar que existan problemas a la hora de tratar con otros elementos. -Validación de agrupaciones según tamaño. La validación de las agrupaciones por tamaño es un proceso que valida un elemento según el número de píxeles agrupados. Este proceso nos ayuda a descartar las agrupaciones que no cumplan con el tamaño que caracteriza a un individuo. Estos elementos pueden darse por causas como una mancha de aceite, imperfecciones en el terreno, fallos en la iluminación etc. Una vez realizado este proceso se podrá pasar a la siguiente validación. -Validación de agrupaciones según forma. La validación de las agrupaciones según su forma es un proceso que desecha los elementos seleccionados por los anteriores procesos y que no cumplen con una forma determinada que se pueda asemejar a un individuo, como por ejemplo una escoba en el suelo, ya que por su forma alargada, es imposible que sea un individuo visto desde arriba. Para realizar este proceso se tienen que comparar los elementos seleccionados con unos patrones, los cuales pertenecen a los elementos a contabilizar. En este proceso se permite una variación del 25%. 3

4 -Contabilización de resultados. Una vez realizados los procesos de comparación se procederá a la contabilización de los resultados, los cuales serán almacenados en BBDD con la fecha, hora y cámara que realizo la captura. También se realizará un registro en BBDD de cada una de las incidencias encontradas en los procesos de comparación con todos los datos necesarios para poder realizar un estudio y así poder adaptar la herramienta. Viendo los resultados obtenidos en este estudio, en el que se ha realizado un prototipo que contabiliza elementos, se puede determinar que existe la posibilidad de realizar un sistema de contabilización de individuos a un bajo coste. 4

6 The project tries to create an automation of the calculation of the users of the services of transport. With this system what is claimed it is to avoid the interaction of the individuals and that is totally automatic since nowadays there exist systems that they assess but or are not automatic or the users have to interact with the system. To realize the system it has been chosen for the treatment of images, since it will allow us of automatic form to assess the users without it is necessary to have nobody assessing. For it there are tried to install in the services of transport a few chambers which will realize programmed apprehensions. The chambers will have to be installed in the roofs of the facilities, which facilitate the identification of the individuals to us avoiding to super put the individuals to assessing. The methodology used for the bill of results is based on the comparison of images. A comparison of an image is realized with zero individual with all the images in which individual exist. The phases of which the comparison consists are the following ones: - Comparison to level of pixel. - Group of pixels. - Validation of groups according to size. - Validation of groups according to form. - Calculation of results. - Comparison to level of pixel. The comparison of pixels consists of realizing coordinate for coordinate a comparison to determine in that pixels a change has taken place. This process is realized by means of the decomposition of the pixels in its values RGB, them comparing one to one. In this process they are had in one counts the own variations of the pixels since without existing no element that realizes the variation of the same one is in the habit of existing some variation, which can be provoked by variations in the lighting, the approach of the chamber or other diverse external agents. Once realized this comparison 6

7 is believed a counterfoil that includes the results, marking the pixels that have had a considerable variation, which is a result superior to 10 % in each of its values RGB. Once finished the counterfoil will be able to be realized the following processes, since they all will carry out by means of this counterfoil. - Group of pixels. The group of pixels is a process that is realized to be able to group the pixels that they form every individual. For it the coordinated counterfoil is crossed to coordinate for it prunes to group the pixels for nearness. This process will be realized simultaneously that the following two, since once discarded or validate an element will be proceeded to the elimination of the same one of the counterfoil to prevent problems from existing at the moment of treating with other elements. - Validation of groups according to size. The validation of the groups for size is a process that to consists an element according to the number of grouped pixels. This process helps us to discard the groups that do not expire with the size that characterizes an individual. These elements can be given by reasons as a spot of oil, blemishes in the area, failures in the lighting etc. Once realized this process will be able to pass to the following validation. - Validation of groups according to form. The validation of the groups according to its form is a process that rejects the elements selected by the previous processes and that they do not fulfill with a certain form that can be alike an individual, as for example a broom in the soil, since for its elongated form, it is impossible that he is an individual seen from above. To realize this process there have to be compared the elements selected with a few bosses, which belong to the elements to assessing. In this process there is allowed a variation of 25 %. - Bill of results. Once realized the processes of comparison one will proceed to the calculation of the results, which will be stored in BBDD with the date, hour and chamber that I realize the apprehension. Also a record will be realized in BBDD of each one of the effects 7

8 found in the processes of comparison with all the information necessary to be able to realize a study and to be able like that to adapt the tool. Seeing the results obtained in this study, in which there has been realized a prototype that assesses elements, it is possible to determine that exists the possibility of realizing a system of count of individuals to under cost. 8
