Smontaggio impianto scarico Smontare il gruppo silenziatore originale (A) svitando la vite (A) e la fascetta (). Recuperare la fascetta (). 3 Montaggio componenti kit Kit installation 4 D Importante Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino puliti e in perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie per evitare di danneggiare le zone nelle quali si opera. Montaggio silenziatori Premontare la staffa silenziatore (4) sul silenziatore basso () avvitando e serrando le viti corte () munite di rosette () alla coppia di serraggio ±% Nm. Inserire la fascetta originale () sullo scarico centrale (C). Premontare sulla staffa silenziatore (4) i gommini antivibranti (); inserire la boccola () sui gommini antivibranti (). Posizionare il silenziatore basso () rispetto la piastra portapedana (D) interponendo la rosetta () e avvitando dall'altro lato la vite (). Portare in appoggio l'imboccatura conica del silenziatore () alla rispettiva sullo scarico centrale, portare in posizione la fascetta originale () e avvitarla. Serrare la vite lunga () alla coppia di serraggio ±% Nm. Serrare la fascetta originale () alla coppia di serraggio ±% Nm. Posizionare le clip () sulle staffe del silenziatore basso (). Premontare sulle forature del paracalore () le viti () con rosetta aramidica () e dall'altro lato i distanziali () con rosetta aramidica (). Posizionare il gruppo paracalore () appena premontato sul silenziatore basso () e avvitare le viti () a mano fino a battuta e assicurarsi che le rondelle aramidiche siano nelle rispettive sedi perfettamente a battuta al fine di evitare che si danneggino in fase di serraggio. Serrare le viti () alla coppia di serraggio ±% Nm. Caution Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before installation. Fitting the silencers Pre-assemble silencer bracket (4) onto lowered silencer () by starting and tightening short screws () with washers () to a torque of ±% Nm. Insert original clamp () onto central exhaust pipe (C). Pre-assemble damping pads () onto silencer bracket (4); insert bush () inside damping pads (). Position lowered silencer () onto footpeg holder plate (D) with washer () in-between and starting screw () on the opposite side. Lay silencer conical end () onto the relevant union on central exhaust pipe, then correctly position original clamp () and screw it in place. Tighten long screw () to a torque of ±% Nm. Tighten original clamp () to a torque of ±% Nm. Position clips () onto lowered silencer brackets (). Pre-assemble screws () with aramidic washers () inside heat guard () holes on one side and spacers () with aramidic washers () on the opposite side Position the pre-assembled heat guard assembly () onto lowered silencer () and drive screws () fully home by hand, making sure that aramidic washers are fully seated so as to prevent them from being damaged during tightening. Dépose système d'échappement Déposer le groupe silencieux d'origine (A) en dévissant la vis (A) et le collier (). Récupérer le collier (). 6 Pose composants kit Montage der Komponenten des Kits 4 D Important Vérifier, avant la pose, que tous les composants sont propres et en parfait état. Adopter toutes les précautions nécessaires pour éviter d'endommager les zones sur lesquelles on opère. Pose des silencieux Prémonter la bride du silencieux (4) sur le silencieux bas () en vissant et en serrant les vis courtes () munies de rondelles () au couple de serrage ±% Nm. Introduire le collier d'origine () sur l'échappement central (C). Prémonter sur la bride du silencieux (4) les plots antivibratoires () ; insérer la douille () sur les plots antivibratoires (). Positionner le silencieux bas () par rapport à la plaque de support repose-pied (D) en interposant la rondelle () et en vissant la vis () de l'autre côté. Poser la bouche conique du silencieux () au contact de l'entrée respective sur l'échappement central, mettre le collier d'origine () en place et le visser. Serrer la vis longue () au couple de serrage ±% Nm. Serrer le collier d'origine () au couple de serrage ±% Nm. Positionner le circlip () sur les brides du silencieux bas (). Prémonter sur les perçages de la protection thermique () les vis () avec rondelle en fibre aramide () et de l'autre côté les entretoises () avec rondelle en fibre aramide (). Positionner le groupe de protection thermique (), qui vient d'être prémonté, sur le silencieux bas (), visser les vis () à la main jusqu'à la butée et s'assurer que les rondelles en fibre aramide sont dans leur logement respectif parfaitement à la butée pour éviter qu'elles puissent s'abîmer pendant la phase de serrage. Serrer les vis () au couple de serrage ±% Nm. Wichtig Vor der Montage überprüfen, dass sich alle Komponenten im sauberen und perfekten Zustand befinden. Montage der Schalldämpfer Den Schalldämpferbügel (4) auf dem untenliegenden Schalldämpfer () vormontieren. Hierfür die mit Unterlegscheiben () versehenen kurzen Schrauben () mit einem Anzugsmoment von ±% Nm anziehen. Die Original-Schelle () auf den mittleren Auspuff (C) fügen. Die Schwingungsdämpfergummis () auf dem Schalldämpferbügel (4) vormontieren; die Hülse () in die Schwingungsdämpfergummis () einführen. Den untenliegenden Schalldämpfer () zur Fußrastenhalterplatte (D) ausrichten; die Unterlegscheibe () dazwischen setzen und die Schraube () von der anderen Seite anziehen. Die konische Öffnung des Schalldämpfers () an der entsprechenden Öffnung am zentralen Auspuff auf Anlage bringen, dann die Original-Schelle () in Position bringen und anziehen. Die lange Schraube () mit einem Anzugsmoment von ±% Nm anziehen. Die Original-Schelle () mit einem Anzugsmoment von ±% Nm anziehen. Die Clips () auf den ügeln des untenliegenden Schalldämpfers () anbringen. Die Schrauben () mit Aramid- Unterlegscheibe () an den ohrungen des Wärmeschutzes () vormontieren und von der anderen Seite die Distanzstücke () mit Aramid-Unterlegscheibe () vormontieren. Die soeben vormontierte Wärmeschutzeinheit () auf dem untenliegenden Schalldämpfer () positionieren und die Schrauben () von Hand bis auf Anschlag einschrauben. Sicherstellen, dass die Aramid- Unterlegscheiben jeweils perfekt auf Anschlag legeen, damit sie beim Anziehen nicht beschädigt werden. Die Schrauben () mit einem Anzugsmoment von ±% Nm anziehen. Fitting the silencers 4 Montagem dos silenciadores Monte o suporte do silenciador (4) no silenciador baixo (), atarraxando e apertando os parafusos curtos () munidos de anilhas () a um binário de aperto de ±% Nm. Insira a braçadeira original () no escape central (C). Monte no suporte do silenciador (4) os anéis de borracha anti-vibrações (); insira o casquilho () nos anéis de borracha antivibrações (). Posicione o silenciador baixo () em relação a placa de suporte do patim (D), interpondo a anilha () e atarraxando o parafuso () pelo outro lado. Apoie a entrada cónica do silenciador () na respetiva no escape central, posicione a braçadeira original () e atarraxe-a. Aperte o parafuso longo () a um binário de aperto de ±% Nm. Aperte a braçadeira original () a um binário de aperto de ±% Nm. Posicione os clips () nos suportes do silenciador baixo (). Monte os parafusos () com anilha de aramida () nos furos da proteção anticalor () e, do outro lado, os espaçadores () com anilha de aramida (). Posicione o grupo da proteção anti-calor () apenas montado no silenciador baixo () e atarraxe os parafusos () manualmente até encostarem e certifique-se de que as anilhas de aramida estejam nas respetivas sedes encostando perfeitamente, a fim de evitar que se danifiquem na fase de aperto. Aperte os parafusos () a um binário de aperto de ±% Nm. Pre-assemble silencer bracket (4) onto lowered silencer () by starting and tightening short screws () with washers () to a torque of ±% Nm. Insert original clamp () onto central exhaust pipe (C). Pre-assemble damping pads () onto silencer bracket (4); insert bush () inside damping pads (). Position lowered silencer () onto footpeg holder plate (D) with washer () in-between and starting screw () on the opposite side. Lay silencer conical end () onto the relevant union on central exhaust pipe, then correctly position original clamp () and screw it in place. Tighten long screw () to a torque of ±% Nm. Tighten original clamp () to a torque of ±% Nm. Position clips () onto lowered silencer brackets (). Pre-assemble screws () with aramidic washers () inside heat guard () holes on one side and spacers () with aramidic washers () on the opposite side Position the pre-assembled heat guard assembly () onto lowered silencer () and drive screws () fully home by hand, making sure that aramidic washers are fully seated so as to prevent them from being damaged during tightening. Desmontaje sistema de escape Desmontar el grupo silenciador original (A) desatornillando el tornillo (A) y la abrazadera (). 12 Montaje componentes kit キット部品の取り付け 4 D Importante Antes del montaje, controlar que todos los componentes se encuentren limpios y en perfecto estado. Adoptar todas las precauciones necesarias para evitar dañar las zonas en las cuales se opera. Montaje silenciadores Premontar el sostén silenciador (4) en el silenciador bajo () atornillando y ajustando los tornillos cortos () con arandelas () al par de apriete de ±% Nm. Introducir la abrazadera original () en el escape central (C). En el sostén silenciador (4) premontar las juntas antivibrantes () e introducir el casquillo () en las juntas antivibrantes (). Colocar el silenciador bajo () con respecto a la placa porta-estribo (D) interponiendo la arandela () y atornillando el tornillo () por el otro lado. Apoyar la embocadura cónica del silenciador () a la embocadura respectiva en el escape central, colocar la abrazadera original () en su posición y atornillarla. Ajustar el tornillo largo () al par de apriete de ±% Nm. Ajustar la abrazadera original () al par de apriete de ±% Nm. Colocar los clips () en los sostenes del silenciador bajo (). Premontar en los orificios del protector calor () los tornillos () con arandela de aramida () y por el otro lado los separadores () con arandela de aramida (). Colocar el grupo protector de calor () recién premontado en el silenciador bajo () y atornillar los tornillos () a mano hasta el tope, luego asegurarse de que las arandelas de aramida estén perfectamente a tope en sus respectivos alojamientos para evitar que se dañen durante el ajuste.
