Smontaggio componenti originali Attenzione Le operazioni di seguito riportate se non eseguite a regola d arte possono pregiudicare la sicurezza del pilota. Note Documentazione necessaria per eseguire il montaggio del Kit è il: MANUALE OFFICINA, relativo al modello di moto in vostro possesso (Hypermotard). Rimuovere il cupolino (A) seguendo quanto riportato al capitolo "Smontaggio cupolino". Rimuovere i gruppi paramani (B) e (C) seguendo quanto riportato al capitolo "Smontaggio paramani". Recuperare le viti (B1) e (), i distanziali terminali paramani (B2) e (C2) e le bussole ad espansione (B3) e (C3). Tagliare le fascette (D) che sostengono le cuffie di protezione (E) ed (F) presenti su telaio cupolino (L). Tagliare le fascette (G), abbassare le cuffie di protezione e scollegare i cablaggi degli indicatori di direzione. Note Read the instructions on the first page carefully before proceeding. Note The following documents are necessary for assembling the Kit: WORKSHOP MANUAL of your bike model (Hypermotard). Remove headlight fairing (A) as specified in "Removing the headlight fairing". Remove the hand guards (B) and (C) as specified in "Removing the hand guards". Remove screws (B1) and (), hand guard end spacers (B2) and (C2) and expansion bushes (B3) and (C3). Cut ties (D) retaining the protections (E) and (F) present on headlight fairing structure (L). Cut ties (G), move down protections and disconnect turn indicator wirings. G G E Cod. 4 Montaggio componenti kit Kit installation 1 B1 B2 B3 3 Importante Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino puliti e in perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie per evitare di danneggiare qualsiasi parte nella quale ci si trova ad operare. Inserire n.3 distanziali () sulle viti (). Posizionare l'archetto paramani destro (3), facendo corrispondere le forature, sullo scudo paramani destro (1) e impuntare le n.3 viti () con distanziali (). Serrare le viti () alla coppia di 5 Nm ± 10%. Inserire il distanziale terminale paramani (B2) sulla vite (B1). Impuntare la vite (B1) con distanziale (B2) nell'archetto paramani destro (3). Dal lato opposto premontare le bussole ad espansione (B3). Inserire n.3 distanziali () sulle viti (). Posizionare l'archetto paramani sinistro (4), facendo corrispondere le forature, sullo scudo paramani sinistro (2) e impuntare le n.3 viti () con distanziali (). Serrare le viti () alla coppia di 5 Nm ± 10%. Inserire il distanziale terminale paramani (C2) sulla vite (). Impuntare la vite () con distanziale (C2) nell'archetto paramani sinistro (4). Dal lato opposto premontare le bussole ad espansione (C3). Caution Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before installation. Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to any part of the motorcycle you are working on. Fit the 3 spacers () on screws (). Place RH hand guard arc (3) on the RH hand guard shield (1) by matching the holes and start 3 screws () with spacers (). Tighten the screws () to a torque of 5 Nm ± 10%. Fit the hand guard end spacer (B2) on screw (B1). Start screw (B1) with spacer (B2) on RH hand guard arc (3). On the opposite side, pre-assemble expansion bushes (B3). Fit the 3 spacers () on screws (). Place LH hand guard arc (4) on the LH hand guard shield (2) by matching the holes and start 3 screws () with spacers (). Tighten the screws () to a torque of 5 Nm ± 10%. Fit the hand guard end spacer (C2) on screw (). Start screw () with spacer (C2) on LH hand guard arc (4). 5 2 6 2A 6A 7 Inserire il cablaggio (6A) dell'indicatore di direzione sinistro (6) all'interno degli appositi ganci passacavo (2A), come indicato in figura. Posizionare l'indicatore sinistro (6), facendo corrispondere le forature, sullo scudo paramani sinistro (2) e impuntare le n.4 viti (7). Serrare le viti (7) alla coppia di 0,45 Nm ± 10%. Inserire le bussole ad espansione (C3), premontate in precedenza sul gruppo paramani sinistro (2), all'interno del tubo manubrio fino a battuta. Posizionare il gruppo paramani sinistro sulla staffa supporto paramani originale (G) e impuntare la vite (10). Montare la spina elastica () sull'archetto paramani sinistro (4) assicurandosi che si vada ad inserire nella tacca (N1) del manubrio (N). Serrare la vite originale () alla coppia di 10 Nm ± 10%. Serrare la vite (10) alla coppia di 5 Nm ± 10%. Fit wiring (6A) of LH turn indicator (6) inside the relevant cable guides (2A), as shown. Place LH turn indicator (6) on the LH hand guard shield (2) by matching the holes and start 4 screws (7). Tighten the screws (7) to a torque of 0.45 Nm ± 10%. Fit expansion bushes (C3) - previously preassembled to LH hand guard (2) - fully home inside handlebar tube. Install LH hand guard on the original hand guard mounting bracket (G) and start screw (10). Fit spring pin () on LH hand guard arc (4), making sure that it engages into notch (N1) on handlebar (N). Tighten the original screw () to a torque of 10 Nm ± 10%. Tighten the screw (10) to a torque of 5 Nm ± 10%. Repeat the same procedure to install the RH hand guard. 7 Fascettare il cablaggio (5A) dell'indicatore di direzione destro al tubo freno anteriore insieme al cavo comando gas, al cavo microswitch freno anteriore e al cavo commutatore destro, come indicato in figura (Y). Fascettare il cablaggio (6A) dell indicatore sinistro al cavo microswitch frizione e al cavo commutatore sinistro, come indicato in figura (Z). Collegare la centralina () prestando attenzione alle etichette identificative presenti in prossimità dei connettori. Collegare la presa (A) con etichetta identificativa "LED" alla spina (5B) del cablaggio indicatore di direzione destro (5). Collegare la presa (B) con etichetta identificativa "BIKE" alla spina (H1) del cablaggio principale. Raccogliere il cablaggio della centralina () su se stesso e fermarlo con fascette commerciali alla cuffia di protezione (E). Ripetere la stessa operazione per il collegamento del gruppo paramani sinistro. Rimontare il cupolino (A) seguendo quanto riportato al capitolo "Rimontaggio cupolino". Verifica Controllare l'effettivo funzionamento dei dispositivi ottici anteriori: - Indicatore di direzione sinistro - Indicatore di direzione destro - Fanale anteriore Tie the RH turn indicator wiring (5A) to front brake line, together with throttle control cable, front brake microswitch cable ad RH switchgear cable, as shown in figure (Y). Tie LH turn indicator wiring (6A) to clutch microswitch cable and LH switchgear cable, as shown in figure (Z). Connect control unit () ensuring to match the ID tags on connectors. Connect socket (A) labelled as "LED" to plug (5B) on RH turn indicator wiring (5). Connect socket (B) labelled as "BIKE" to plug (H1) on main wiring harness. Gather control unit wiring () and fasten it to protection (E) using standard ties. Repeat the same procedure to connect the LH hand guard. Refit headlight fairing (A) as specified in "Refitting the headlight fairing". Check Ascertain that the front lights are functioning properly: - LH turn indicator - RH turn indicator - Headlight In case of incorrect operation, make sure that plugs and sockets are properly connected, as well as that wiring cables are properly coupled. Dépose composants d'origine Attention Une mauvaise exécution des opérations ci-dessous peut préjudicier à la sécurité du pilote. Remarques La documentation nécessaire pour effectuer la pose du Kit est le : MANUEL D'ATELIER, relatif au modèle de moto en votre possession (Hypermotard). Déposer la bulle (A) en suivant la procédure indiquée au chapitre «Dépose bulle». Déposer les ensembles protections mains (B) et (C) en suivant la procédure indiquée au chapitre «Dépose protections mains». Récupérer les vis (B1) et (), les entretoises embouts protections mains (B2) et (C2) et les douilles à expansion (B3) et (C3). Couper les colliers (D) de support des soufflets de protection (E) et (F) sur le cadre de bulle (L). Couper les colliers (G), baisser les soufflets de protection et débrancher les câblages des clignotants. Achtung Die nachstehend beschriebenen Arbeitseingriffe müssen von einem Fachtechniker oder einer DUCATI Vertragswerkstatt ausgeübt werden. Abnahme der Original-Teile Achtung Folgende Arbeitseingriffe können, falls nicht fachgerecht ausgeübt, die Sicherheit des Fahrers gefährden. Hinweis Für die Montage des Kits sind folgende Unterlagen erforderlich: WERKSTATT-HANDBUCH, des sich in Ihrem Besitz befindlichen Motorrads (Hypermotard). Die Cockpitverkleidung (A) den Angaben im Kapitel Abnahme der Cockpitverkleidung gemäß abnehmen. Die Handschutzeinheiten (B) und (C) den Angaben im Kapitel Abnahme der Handschutzelemente gemäß abnehmen. Die Schrauben (B1) und (), die Enddistanzstücke der Handschutzelemente (B2) und (C2) sowie die Spreizbuchsen (B3) und (C3) aufnehmen. Die Schellen (D), die die Schutzkappen (E) und (F) am Rahmen der Cockpitverkleidung (L) halten, durchtrennen. 11 1 B1 B2 B3 2 3 Pose composants kit Important Vérifier, avant la pose, que tous les composants sont propres et en parfait état. Adopter toutes les précautions nécessaires pour éviter d'endommager la surface externe des composants où on opère. Insérer 3 entretoises () sur les vis (). Positionner l'arceau protection main droite (3), en faisant correspondre les trous de perçage, sur la protection main droite (1) et présenter les 3 vis () avec les entretoises (). Serrer les vis () au couple de 5 Nm ± 10 %. Insérer l'entretoise embout protections mains (B2) sur la vis (B1). Présenter la vis (B1) avec entretoise (B2) dans l'arceau protection main droite (3). Du côté opposé pré-monter les douilles à expansion (B3). Insérer 3 entretoises () sur les vis (). Positionner l'arceau protection main gauche (4), en faisant correspondre les trous de perçage, sur la protection main gauche (2) et présenter les 3 vis () avec les entretoises (). Serrer les vis () au couple de 5 Nm ± 10 %. Insérer l'entretoise embout protections mains (C2) sur la vis (). Présenter la vis () avec entretoise (C2) dans l'arceau protection main gauche (4). Du côté opposé pré-monter les douilles à expansion (C3). Montage der Komponenten des Kits Wichtig Vor der Montage überprüfen, dass sich alle Komponenten im sauberen und perfekten Zustand befinden. Alle erforderlichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen, um eine Beschädigung der Oberflächen der Komponenten, die vom Eingriff betroffen sind, zu vermeiden. Die 3 Distanzstücke () auf die Schraube () fügen. Den rechten Handschutzbügel (3) anordnen, dabei mit den Bohrungen am rechten Handschutzschild (1) auf Übereinstimmung bringen, dann die 3 Schrauben () mit Distanzstücken () ansetzen. Die Schrauben () mit einem Anzugsmoment von 5 Nm ± 10 % anziehen. Das Enddistanzstück (B2) der Handschutzelemente auf die Schraube (B1) fügen. Die Schraube (B1) mit Distanzstück (B2) im rechten Handschutzbügel (3) ansetzen. Von der gegenüberliegenden Seite die Spreizbuchsen (B3) vormontieren. Die 3 Distanzstücke () auf die Schraube () fügen. Den linken Handschutzbügel (4) anordnen, dabei mit den Bohrungen am linken Handschutzschild (2) auf Übereinstimmung bringen, dann die 3 Schrauben () mit Distanzstücken () ansetzen. Die Schrauben () mit einem Anzugsmoment von 5 Nm ± 10 % anziehen. Das Enddistanzstück C2) der Handschutzelemente auf die Schraube () fügen. Die Schraube () mit Distanzstück (C2) im linken Handschutzbügel (4) ansetzen. Von der gegenüberliegenden Seite die Spreizbuchsen (C3) vormontieren. C3 4 C2 Page - Seite 4/7 Code. ISTR / Art.-Nr. 12 2 6 2A 6A 7 Insérer le câblage (6A) du clignotant gauche (6) à l'intérieur des crochets passe-fil prévus (2A), comme la figure le montre. Positionner le clignotant gauche (6), en faisant correspondre les trous de perçage, sur la protection main gauche (2) et présenter les 4 vis (7). Serrer les vis (7) au couple de 0,45 Nm ± 10 %. Introduire les douilles à expansion (C3), prémontées auparavant sur l'ensemble protection main gauche (2), à l'intérieur du tube guidon jusqu'en butée. Positionner l'ensemble protection main gauche sur la bride de support protections mains d'origine (G) et présenter la vis (10). Poser la goupille élastique () sur l'arceau protection main gauche (4) en s'assurant qu'elle s'insère dans l'encoche (N1) du guidon (N). Serrer la vis d'origine () au couple de 10 Nm ± 10 %. Serrer la vis (10) au couple de 5 Nm ± 10 %. Répéter la même opération pour la pose de l'ensemble protection main droit. Die Verkabelung (6A) des linken Blinkers (6) wie abgebildet in die entsprechenden Kabelführungshäken (2A) fügen. Den linken Blinker (6) anordnen und dabei mit den Bohrungen am linken Handschutzschild (2) auf Übereinstimmung bringen, dann die 4 Schrauben (7) ansetzen. Die Schrauben (7) mit einem Anzugsmoment von 0,45 Nm ± 10 % anziehen. Die zuvor an der linken Handschutzeinheit (2) vormontierten Spreizbuchsen (C3) bis auf Anschlag in das Lenkerrohr einfügen. Die linke Handschutzeinheit am Original- Haltebügel (G) der Handschutzelemente anordnen und die Schraube (10) ansetzen. Den Spannstift () am linken Handschutzbügel (4) montieren und sich darüber vergewissern, dass er sich in die Kerbe (N1) des Lenkers (N) einfügt. Die Original-Schraube () mit einem Anzugsmoment von 10 Nm ± 10 % anziehen. Die Schraube (10) mit einem Anzugsmoment von 5 Nm ± 10 % anziehen. 14 Fixer avec des colliers le câblage (5A) du clignotant droit à la durite de frein avant avec le câble de commande des gaz, au câble microswitch frein avant et au câble commutateur droit, comme la figure (Y) le montre. Fixer avec des colliers le câblage (6A) du clignotant gauche au câble microswitch d'embrayage et au câble commutateur gauche, comme la figure (Z) le montre. Brancher le boîtier électronique () en faisant attention aux étiquettes d'identification présentes à proximité des connecteurs. Relier la prise (A) avec l'étiquette d'identification «LED» à la fiche (5B) du câblage clignotant droit (5). Relier la prise (B) avec l'étiquette d'identification «BIKE» à la fiche (H1) du câblage principal. Rassembler le câblage du boîtier électronique () et le fixer avec des colliers disponibles dans le commerce au soufflet de protection (E). Répéter la même opération pour le raccordement de l'ensemble protection main gauche. Reposer la bulle (A) en suivant la procédure indiquée au chapitre «Repose bulle». Contrôle Contrôler le fonctionnement effectif des dispositifs optiques avant : - Clignotant gauche - Clignotant droit - Phare avant En cas de mauvais fonctionnement, vérifier la fixation des prises avec les fiches et le juste accouplement des brins du câblage. Die Verkabelung (5A) des rechten Blinkers mit einer Schelle gemeinsam mit dem Gassteuerzug, dem Kabel des Mikroschalters der vorderen Bremse und dem Kabel des rechten Umschalters, wie auf der Abbildung (Y) angegeben, an die vordere Bremsleitung binden. Die Verkabelung (6A) des linken Blinkers mit einer Schelle am Kabel des Mikroschalters der Kupplung und am Kabel des linken Umschalters, wie auf der Abbildung (Z) angegeben, anbinden. Das Steuergerät () anschließen und dabei auf die Etiketten mit den Kennzeichnungen achten, die an den Verbindern angebracht sind. Den Anschluss (A) mit der Etikette LED mit dem Stecker (5B) der Verkabelung des rechten Blinkers (5) verbinden. Den Anschluss (B) mit der Etikette BIKE mit dem Stecker (H1) des Hauptkabelbaums verbinden. Die Verkabelung des Steuergeräts () um sich selbst aufwickeln und mit handelsüblichen Schellen an der Schutzkappe (E) befestigen. Diesen Vorgang für den Anschluss der linken Handschutzeinheit wiederholen. Die Cockpitverkleidung (A) erneut, den Angaben im Kapitel Abnahme der Cockpitverkleidung gemäß, montieren. Posicione o indicador de direção esquerdo (6), fazendo corresponder as perfurações no escudo protetor de mãos esquerdo (2) e introduza os n.4 parafusos (7). Aperte os parafusos (7) a um binário de 0,45 Nm ± 10%. Insira as buchas de expansão (C3), montadas anteriormente, no grupo do protetor de mãos esquerdo (2), dentro do tubo do guiador até encostar. Posicione o grupo do protetor de mãos esquerdo no suporte do protetor de mãos original (G) e introduza o parafuso (10). Monte a cavilha elástica () no arco do protetor de mãos esquerdo (4), certificandose de que se insira na marca (N1) do guiador (N). Aperte o parafuso original () a um binário de 10 Nm ± 10%. Aperte o parafuso (10) a um binário de 5 Nm ± 10%. Fit wiring (6A) of LH turn indicator (6) inside the relevant cable guides (2A), as shown. Place LH turn indicator (6) on the LH hand guard shield (2) by matching the holes and start 4 screws (7). Tighten the screws (7) to a torque of 0.45 Nm ± 10%. Fit expansion bushes (C3) - previously preassembled to LH hand guard (2) - fully home inside handlebar tube. Install LH hand guard on the original hand guard mounting bracket (G) and start screw (10). Fit spring pin () on LH hand guard arc (4), making sure that it engages into notch (N1) on handlebar (N). Tighten the original screw () to a torque of 10 Nm ± 10%. Tighten the screw (10) to a torque of 5 Nm ± 10%. Repeat the same procedure to install the RH hand guard. 21 Prenda com braçadeira a cablagem (5A) do indicador de direção direito ao tubo do travão dianteiro junto com o cabo do comando do acelerador, o cabo microswitch do travão dianteiro e o cabo do comutador direito, como o indicado na figura (Y). Prenda com braçadeira a cablagem (6A) do indicador de direção esquerdo ao cabo microswitch da embraiagem e ao cabo do comutador esquerdo, como o indicado na figura (Z). Ligue a central eletrónica (), prestando atenção nas etiquetas de identificação presentes perto dos conectores. Ligue a tomada (A) com etiqueta de identificação "LED" à ficha (5B) da cablagem do indicador de direção direito (5). Ligue a tomada (B) com etiqueta de identificação "BIKE" à ficha (H1) da cablagem principal. Reúna a cablagem da unidade eletrónica () em si mesma e fixe-a, com braçadeiras presentes no comércio, à capa de proteção (E). Repita a mesma operação para a ligação do grupo do protetor de mãos esquerdo. Volte a montar a cúpula (A), seguindo o quanto mostrado no capítulo "Remontagem da cúpula". Verificação Controle o efetivo funcionamento dos dispositivos óticos dianteiros: - Indicador de direção esquerdo - Indicador de direção direito - Farol dianteiro Tie the RH turn indicator wiring (5A) to front brake line, together with throttle control cable, front brake microswitch cable ad RH switchgear cable, as shown in figure (Y). Tie LH turn indicator wiring (6A) to clutch microswitch cable and LH switchgear cable, as shown in figure (Z). Connect control unit () ensuring to match the ID tags on connectors. Connect socket (A) labelled as "LED" to plug (5B) on RH turn indicator wiring (5). Connect socket (B) labelled as "BIKE" to plug (H1) on main wiring harness. Gather control unit wiring () and fasten it to protection (E) using standard ties. Repeat the same procedure to connect the LH hand guard. Refit headlight fairing (A) as specified in "Refitting the headlight fairing". Check Ascertain that the front lights are functioning properly: - LH turn indicator - RH turn indicator - Headlight In case of incorrect operation, make sure that plugs and sockets are properly connected, as well as that wiring cables are properly coupled. Ajustar los tornillos () al par de apriete de 5 Nm ± 10%. Introducir el separador terminal protector de manos (B2) en el tornillo (B1). Introducir el tornillo (B1) con separador (B2) en el arco protector de manos derecho (3). Desde el lado opuesto premontar los casquillos de expansión (B3). Posicionar el indicador izquierdo (6) haciendo corresponder las perforaciones en el escudo protector de manos izquierdo (2) e introducir los 4 tornillos (7). Ajustar los tornillos (7) al par de apriete de 0,45 Nm ± 10%. Introducir los casquillos de expansión (C3) anteriormente premontados en el grupo protector de manos izquierdo (2) a tope dentro del tubo manillar. Colocar el grupo protector de manos izquierdo en el sostén de soporte protector de manos original (G) e introducir el tornillo (10). Montar el pasador elástico () en el arco protector de manos izquierdo (4) asegurándose de que se introduzca en la marca (N1) del manillar (N). Ajustar el tornillo original () al par de apriete de 10 Nm ± 10%. 28 Colocar una abrazadera entre el cableado (5A) del indicador de dirección derecho al tubo freno delantero junto al cable del mando acelerador, al cable microswitch freno delantero y al cable conmutador derecho, como indica la figura (Y). Colocar una abrazadera entre el cableado (6A) del indicador de dirección izquierdo al cable microswitch embrague y al cable conmutador izquierdo, como indica la figura (Z). Conectar la central () prestando atención a las etiquetas de identificación presentes cerca de los conectores. Conectar la toma (A) con etiqueta de identificación "LED" a la clavija (5B) del cableado indicador de dirección derecho (5). Conectar la toma (B) con etiqueta de identificación "BIKE" a la clavija (H1) del cableado principal. Recoger el cable excedente de la central () y fijarlo con abrazaderas comerciales a la protección (E). Repetir esta misma operación para la conexión del grupo protector manos izquierdo. Volver a montar la cúpula (A) siguiendo lo indicado en el capítulo Montaje cúpula.
