Smontaggio componenti originali Il presente kit può essere montato solo sul telaio veicolo predisposto quindi assicurarsi che il veicolo sia compreso tra i codici telai ZDMA0ACAB0000 e ZDMBLWBB000, successivo al codice telaio ZDMA00ACAB00 oppure successivi a MS00 MY. Removing the original components Caution This kit can be fitted only on a preset vehicle frame; make sure the vehicle identification number is between ZDMA0ACAB0000 and ZDMBLWBB000, subsequent to vehicle identification number ZDMA00ACAB00 or subsequent to MS00 MY. Attenzione Supportare adeguatamente con un cavalletto commerciale il blocco motore nella parte inferiore in modo che non precipiti quando verrà smontato il perno anteriore (B) che fissa il blocco motore al telaio della moto. Mantenendo il dado originale (C) svitare il perno anteriore (B) e rimuoverli dal veicolo. Warning Support the engine properly with a standard stand in the lower part so that it does not fall when the front pin (B) fastening the engine to the bike frame will be removed. 3 Montaggio componenti kit Removing the kit components D D D Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino puliti e in perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie per evitare di danneggiare la superficie esterna dei componenti in cui si trova ad operare. Premontare il dado speciale flangiato () sulla vite speciale () e applicando LOCTITE 0 e serrando alla coppia di serraggio ±% Applicare grasso bianco (Shell retinax HDX) sulla vite speciale (), facendo attenzione a non applicare il grasso sul filetto, altrimenti la LOCTITE 0 non funziona. Inserire la vite speciale () nel telaio (D) al posto del perno originale (B) rimosso in precedenza. Applicare LOCTITE sull'altro dado speciale () e avvitarlo sulla vite speciale (). Fissare il telaio (D) al blocco motore (E) serrando il dado speciale () alla coppia di serraggio 0±% Premontare il distanziale () sul paramotore sinistro () impuntando la vite (). Montare il paramotore sinistro () avvitando senza serrare la vite () sul dado speciale () montato in precedenza e impuntando la vite () sul foro filettato (D). Introdurre dal lato destro del veicolo il perno di collegamento () ed inserirlo nella sede preposta presente sulla boccola anteriore del paramotore sinistro (). Fissare il perno di collegamento () al paramotore sinistro () avvitando senza serrare la vite (). Premontare il distanziale () sul paramotore destro () impuntando la vite (). Montare il paramotore destro () avvitando senza serrare la vite () sul dado speciale () montato in precedenza e inserendo il perno di collegamento () nella sede preposta presente sulla boccola anteriore del paramotore stesso. Fissare il paramotore destro () impuntando la vite () sul foro filettato (D) e la vite () sul perno di collegamento (). Portare a battuta senza serrare le viti () su entrambi i lati del veicolo. Serrare le viti () alla coppia di serraggio 0±0% Serrare le viti () alla coppia di serraggio 0±0% Serrare le viti () alla coppia di serraggio 0±0% Caution Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before installation. Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to the external surface of the parts. Pre-assemble special flanged nut () on special screw (), apply LOCTITE 0 and tighten to a tightening torque of ±% Apply white grease (Shell retinax HDX) on special screw (), making sure not to apply grease on the thread, or LOCTITE 0 will not work. Fit special screw () into frame (D) in place of the original pin (B) previously removed. Apply LOCTITE on the other special nut () and screw it on the special screw (). Fasten frame (D) to engine unit (E) by tightening the special nut () to a torque of 0±% Pre-assemble spacer () on LH engine guard () by starting screw (). Fit LH engine guard () by fastening screw (), without tightening it, on the special nut () previously assembled and starting the screw () on the threaded hole (D). Drive connection pin () from vehicle right side and fit it into its seat in the front bushing of LH engine guard (). Fasten connection pin () to LH engine guard () by fastening screw () without tightening it. Pre-assemble spacer () on RH engine guard () by starting screw (). Fit RH engine guard () by fastening screw () without tightening it on the special nut () previously assembled and fitting the connection pin () into its seat in the front bushing of the engine guard. Fasten RH engine guard () by starting the screw () on the threaded hole (D) and the screw () on the connection pin (). Drive screws () fully home without tightening them on both sides of the vehicle. Dépose composants d'origine Dieses Kit dar ausschließlich nur an einem Fahrzeugrahmen montiert werden, der dafür ausgelegt ist. Sich daher darüber vergewissern, dass das Fahrzeug unter die Rahmennummern von ZDMA0ACAB0000 bis ZDMBLWBB000 fällt, nach der Rahmennummer ZDMA00ACAB00 oder nach der MS00 MY produziert wurde. Attention Soutenir de manière adéquate avec un cavalier commercial le bloc moteur dans la partie inférieure de manière à ce qu'il ne précipite pas quand l'axe avant (B) qui fixe le bloc moteur au châssis de la moto sera déposé. En maintenant l'écrou d'origine (C) dévisser l'axe avant (B) et les enlever du véhicule. Achtung Die nachstehend beschriebenen Arbeitseingriffe müssen von einem Fachtechniker oder einer DUCATI Vertragswerkstatt ausgeübt werden. Abnahme der Original-Teile Caution Ce kit ne peut être installé que sur le cadre véhicule prévu à cet effet ; s'assurer que le véhicule est compris entre les numéros de cadre ZDMA0ACABOO00 et ZDMBLWBB000, qu'il est successif au numéro de cadre ZDMA00ACAB00 ou à MS00 MY. Achtung Den unteren Teil des Motorblocks auf einem angemessenen, handelsüblichen Ständer abstützen, so dass er beim Ausbau des Bolzens (B) mit dem der Motorblock am Motorradrahmen befestigt ist, nicht umkippen kann. 6 D E D D Pose composants kit Important Vérifier, avant la pose, que tous les composants sont propres et en parfait état. Adopter toutes les précautions nécessaires pour éviter d'endommager la surface externe des composants où on opère. Installer préalablement l'écrou bridé () sur la vis spéciale () après avoir appliqué l'adhésif LOCTITE 0, puis serrer au couple de serrage de ± % Appliquer de la graisse blanche (Shell retinax HDX) sur la vis spéciale () en prenant garde de ne pas appliquer la graisse sur le filetage sous peine de compromettre l'action de l'adhésif LOCTITE 0. Insérer la vis spéciale () dans le cadre (D) à la place de la goupille d'origine (B) retirée précédemment. Appliquer l'adhésif LOCTITE sur l'autre écrou spécial () et visser l'écrou sur la vis spéciale (). Fixer le cadre (D) au bloc-moteur (E) en serrant l'écrou spécial () au couple de serrage 0 ± % Installer préalablement l'entretoise () sur la protection moteur gauche () en présentant la vis (). Installer la protection moteur gauche () en vissant (sans serrer) la vis () sur l'écrou spécial () installé précédemment et présenter la vis () sur le taraudage (D). Introduire du côté droit du véhicule la goupille de fixation () et insérer cette dernière dans le logement spécial sur la bague avant de la protection moteur gauche (). Fixer la goupille de fixation () à la protection moteur gauche () en vissant la vis () sans la serrer. Installer préalablement l'entretoise () sur la protection moteur droite () en présentant la vis (). Installer la protection moteur droite () en vissant (sans serrer) la vis () sur l'écrou spécial () installé précédemment et insérer la goupille de fixation () dans le logement spécial sur la bague avant de la protection moteur. Fixer la protection moteur droite () en présentant la vis () sur le taraudage (D) et la vis () sur la goupille de fixation (). Faire buter (sans serrer) les vis () des deux côtés du véhicule. Serrer les vis () au couple de serrage 0 ± 0% Serrer les vis () au couple de serrage 0 ± 0% Serrer les vis () au couple de serrage 0 ± 0% Montage der Komponenten des Kits Wichtig Vor der Montage überprüfen, dass sich alle Komponenten im sauberen und perfekten Zustand befinden. Alle erforderlichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen, um eine Beschädigung der Oberflächen der Komponenten, die vom Eingriff betroffen sind, zu vermeiden. Die geflanschte Spezialmutter () nach Auftrag von LOCTITE 0 auf die Spezialschraube () schrauben und mit einem Anzugsmoment von ± % Nm anziehen. Weißes Fett (Shell Retinax HDX) auf die Spezialschraube () auftragen und dabei darauf achten, dass das Fett nicht auf das Gewinde gelangt, da das LOCTITE 0 sonst keine Wirkung hat. Die Spezialschraube () anstelle des zuvor entfernten Origina-Bolzens (B) in den Rahmen (D) einschrauben. LOCTITE auf die andere Spezialmutter () auftragen und auf der Spezialschraube () anschrauben. Den Rahmen (D) am Motorblock (E) befestigen, dazu die Spezialmutter () mit einem Anzugsmoment von 0 ± % Nm anziehen. Das Distanzstück () durch Ansetzen der Schraube () am linken Motorschutz () vormontieren. Den linken Motorschutz () montieren, dazu die Schraube () in die zuvor montierte Spezialmutter () einschrauben, ohne sie dabei anzuziehen, dann die Schraube () in der Gewindebohrung (D) ansetzen. Den Verbindungsbolzen () von der rechten Fahrzeugseite her in seinen Sitz in der vorderen Buchse des linken Motorschutzes () einfügen. Den Verbindungsbolzen () durch Einschrauben der Schraube (), ohne sie dabei anzuziehen, am linken Motorschutz () befestigen. Das Distanzstück () durch Ansetzen der Schraube () am rechten Motorschutz () vormontieren. Den rechten Motorschutz () montieren, dazu die Schraube () in die zuvor montierte Spezialmutter () einschrauben, jedoch nicht festziehen, dann den Verbindungsbolzen () in seinen Sitz in der vorderen Buchse des Motorschutzes einfügen. Den rechten Motorschutz () durch Ansetzen der Schraube () in die Gewindebohrung (D) und die Schraube () am Verbindungsbolzen () befestigen. Die Schrauben () an beiden Seiten des Fahrzeugs auf Anschlag bringen, jedoch noch nicht anziehen. Die Schrauben () mit einem Anzugsmoment von 0±0% Nm anziehen. Desmontagem dos componentes originais Este kit pode ser montado apenas no chassi do veículo predisposto, portanto, certifique-se de que o veículo esteja compreendido entre os códigos de chassis ZDMA0ACAB0000 e ZDMBLWBB000, sucessivo ao código de chassi ZDMA00ACAB00 ou sucessivos a MS00 MY. Atenção Apoie adequadamente com um cavalete comercial o bloco do motor na parte inferior, de modo que não caia quando for desmontado o perno dianteiro (B) que fixa o bloco do motor ao chassi da moto. 9 D D D Montagem dos componentes do kit Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes estão limpos e em perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções necessárias para evitar danificar qualquer peça com a qual deve trabalhar. Monte a porca especial flangeada () no parafuso especial () e aplicando LOCTITE 0 e apertando a um binário de aperto ±% Aplique massa branca (Shell retinax HDX) no parafuso especial (), prestando atenção para não aplicar a massa na rosca, caso contrário o LOCTITE 0 não funciona. Insira o parafuso especial () no chassi (D) no lugar do perno original (B) removido anteriormente. Aplique LOCTITE na outra porca especial () e atarraxe-a no parafuso especial (). Fixe o chassi (D) no bloco do motor (E), apertando a porca especial () a um binário de aperto de 0±% Monte o espaçador () no protetor do motor esquerdo (), introduzindo o parafuso (). Monte o protetor do motor esquerdo () atarraxando sem apertar o parafuso () na porca especial () montada anteriormente e introduzindo o parafuso () no furo roscado (D). Introduza, pelo lado direito do veículo, o perno de ligação () e insira-o na sede preparada presente no casquilho dianteiro do protetor do motor esquerdo (). Fixe o perno de ligação () no protetor do motor esquerdo (), atarraxando sem apertar o parafuso (). Monte o espaçador () no protetor do motor direito (), introduzindo o parafuso (). Monte o protetor do motor direito () atarraxando sem apertar o parafuso () na porca especial () montada anteriormente e inserindo o perno de ligação () na sede preparada presente no casquilho dianteiro do próprio protetor do motor. Fixe o protetor do motor direito () introduzindo o parafuso () no foro roscado (D) e o parafuso () no perno de ligação (). Encoste sem apertar os parafusos () em ambos os lados do veículo. Aperte os parafusos () a um binário de aperto de 0±0% Aperte os parafusos () a um binário de aperto de 0±0% Aperte os parafusos () a um binário de aperto de 0±0% Removing the kit components Caution Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before installation. Fit LH engine guard () by fastening screw (), without tightening it, on the special nut () previously assembled and starting the screw () on the threaded hole (D). Drive connection pin () from vehicle right side and fit it into its seat in the front bushing of LH engine guard (). Fasten connection pin () to LH engine guard () by fastening screw () without tightening it. Pre-assemble spacer () on RH engine guard () by starting screw (). Fit RH engine guard () by fastening screw () without tightening it on the special nut () previously assembled and fitting the connection pin () into its seat in the front bushing of the engine guard. Fasten RH engine guard () by starting the screw () on the threaded hole (D) and the screw () on the connection pin (). Drive screws () fully home without tightening them on both sides of the vehicle. Adoptar todas las precauciones necesarias para evitar daños en la superficie exterior de los componentes donde se debe operar. Premontar la tuerca especial con brida () en el tornillo especial (), aplicando LOCTITE 0 y ajustando al par de apriete de ±% Aplicar grasa blanca (Shell retinax HDX) en el tornillo especial (), prestando atención a no aplicar grasa en la rosca, de lo contrario LOCTITE 0 no funciona. Introducir el tornillo especial () en el bastidor (D) en el lugar del perno original (B) quitado anteriormente. Aplicar LOCTITE en la otra tuerca especial () y atornillarla en el tornillo especial (). Fijar el bastidor (D) al bloque motor (E) ajustando la tuerca especial () al par de apriete de 0±% Premontar el separador () en el protector motor izquierdo () colocando el tornillo (). Montar el protector motor izquierdo () atornillando sin apretar el tornillo () en la tuerca especial () montada anteriormente e introduciendo el tornillo () en el orificio roscado (D). Desde el lado derecho del vehículo, introducir el perno de conexión () en su alojamiento presente en el casquillo delantero del protector motor izquierdo (). Fijar el perno de conexión () en el protector motor izquierdo () atornillando sin apretar el tornillo (). Premontar el separador () en el protector motor derecho () introduciendo el tornillo (). Montar el protector motor derecho () atornillando sin apretar el tornillo () en la tuerca especial () montada anteriormente e introduciendo el perno de conexión () en su alojamiento presente en el casquillo delantero del protector motor mismo. Fijar el protector motor derecho () colocando el tornillo () en el orificio roscado (D) y el tornillo () en el perno de conexión (). Llevar hasta el tope sin apretar los tornillos () a ambos lados del vehículo.
