2 DEDICATED EXPERIENCED SUPPORT for women facing breast and ovarian cancers Dear Friend of SHARE, SHARE has been serving women and their families affected by breast and ovarian cancers for over 40 years, and we re committed to providing reliable information and dedicated, experienced peer support in a variety of formats, always free of charge. We know that our in-person support groups offer unique connections to those of you living in or around NYC. That is why we are pleased to announce we are expanding those this season, including new Spanish-language groups on Long Island and in Orlando, FL (p. 18). Whether you re picking this up out of concern for a loved one, or you ve been diagnosed yourself, you can rest assured that SHARE is here for you. En este seminario virtual, las nutricionistas dietistas de God s Love We Deliver hablarán sobre una variedad de consejos nutricionales para combatir el cáncer, por ejemplo acerca de cómo los alimentos de orígen vegetal ayudan a combatirlo y ejemplos de superalimentos para incorporar en su dieta. También discutirán cómo las grasas saludables son beneficiosas para su salud y sobre el papel protector de la nutrición para sus huesos durante el tratamiento.
