PALACE OF FINE ARTS THEATER LEASE AGREEMENT Discussion and possible action to amend the Lease Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and the Palace of Fine Arts League, Inc., to extend the lease. PALACE OF FINE ARTS LEASE AGREEMENT WITH IHANGAR Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution to enter into a short term lease agreement with ihangar to operate the Palace of Fine Arts for the purposes of the Pan Pacific International Exposition centennial celebration and related events and programs. RECREATION AND PARK DEPARTMENT CAPITAL PLAN APPROVAL Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution to adopt the RPD portions of the City s most recent Ten Year Capital Plan, the Agency s Monthly Capital Reports, the bond report for the 2008 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond, the bond report for the 2012 San Francisco Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks, and the staff reports to the Recreation and Park Commission recommending acquisition of 900 Innes, Schlage Lock, and Francisco St. Reservoir properties as the Department s Five Year Capital Plan for fiscal years 2015-2019. (ACTION ITEM) Staff: Dawn Kamalanathan 581-2559 10. 900 INNES AVENUE PURCHASE BY THE CITY FOR POSSIBLE FUTURE PARK DEVELOPMENT Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution urging the Board of Supervisors to purchase the real property located at 900 Innes Avenue (Blocks/Lots: 4646/001; 4646/002; 4646/003; 4646/003A; 4646/019; 4629A/010; 4630/002) for a fair market value purchase price of $2,975,000, for possible full or partial development as a park, and supporting the use of Open Space Acquisition Funds to repay some or all of any short term debt used for the purchase of the property to the extent that full or partial development of a park is deemed feasible and desirable. FRANCISCO STREET RESERVOIR -- PROPERTY ACQUISITION Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution authorizing the General Manager to execute an MOU with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) to transfer jurisdiction of Francisco St. Reservoir at 851 Bay Street (Block/Lot: 0046/0001) and 2445 Hyde Street (Block/Lot: a portion of 0047/0001) from the SFPUC to RPD for a fair market value purchase price of $9.9 million plus interest, with payments to be made from the Open Space Acquisition Fund over twelve years, upon such other terms set forth in the MOU, and to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve the MOU. SCHLAGE LOCK PARKS TERM SHEET FOR PROPERTY ACQUISITION Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution to authorize the General Manager to consent, on behalf of RPD, to the Schlage Lock Development Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Visitacion Development, LLC, and to execute Exhibit M to the Schlage Lock Development Agreement, which establishes terms for RPD's possible future acquisition of two parks in the area ( Block/Lot: 5087/003A, known as Linear Park or Leland Greenway, for a purchase price of $1,966,500; and Blocks/Lots: 5100/010, 5101/006, and 5099/014, known as Square Park or Visitacion Park, for a purchase price of $2,533,500) using Open Space Acquisition Funds, and to adopt findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
