2 COMISIÓN PARA LA FUSIÓN DE SION IGLESIA LUTERANA Y Una congregación perteneciente a la Iglesia Evangélica Luterana en América con un solo nombre; un solo gobierno unificado, personal pastoral, personal, gestión financiera y presupuestaria con una diversidad de liturgias y programas, los cuales son una expresión de toda la congregación y no simplemente un ministerio apoyado por la congregación. Nombre Mision y Vision Antes de su incorporación, la nueva congregación debe de desarrollar una declaración de misión y visión, y proveer cada una para que sean reexaminadas cada 5 años. Gobernabilidad, presupuesto y gestión financiera Documentos de gobemabilidad y una misma constitución congruente con el Modelo de Constitución para las Congregaciones de la Iglesia Evangélica Luterana en América (ELCA). Dichos documentos deberán estar disponibles en Personal Pastoral Cada pastor de la nueva congregación deberá ser un pastor para la congregación entera. A todo el personal pastoral que se encuentre instaurado al tiempo de la fusión se le ofrecerá un llamado por Ia nueva congregación. Cada ocasión en Ia que haya un nuevo llamado pastoral, Presencia Publica Sitio Web, Facebook y otras presencias en los medios deberán estar disponibles en ambos idiomas. Programación Habrá una diversidad de programas y ministerios asociados que reflejarán la Vida Litúrgica Existirá una diversidad de Iiturgias que reflejarán Ia diversidad de Ia congregacion; cada Iiturgia será una expresión de la congregación entera. La actual* diversidad de Iiturgias incluye masses, misas, y vísperas/misas de jazz. Las actuales expresiones dominicales de esta diversidad se mantendrán hasta que la nueva español e inglés. Un único Consejo Parroquial integrado por funcionarios electos por los miembros de la nueva congregación. Por un periodo de X años, los documentos de gobernabilidad asegurarán una representación igualitaria de las congregaciones fusionadas. Una estructura de comités unificada. se adoptarán disposiciones para que los Comités de Llamados plenamente representen a Ia congregación entera. 4 SION IGLESIA LUTERANA & MERGER COMMISSION One congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America with one name, a single unified governance, pastoral staff, staff, financial management and budget with a diversity of liturgies and programs each of which is an expression of the whole congregation and not simply a ministry supported by the congregation. Name Mission and Vision Before incorporation, the new congregation shall develop mission and vision statements and provide for review of each every five years.
