Actions required by ONP to transport Heavy oil with DE Diluent 1. Construction of Pipeline for Diluent Bayóvar-Station 5 (550 Km long.) of 12 and 10 ø. 2. North Branch adaptation Pipeline of 16 ø x 252 Km existent, to transport diluent from Station 5 to Andoas. 3. Construction of a Pipeline from Andoas to Station 5 of 24 ø x 252 Km to transport mixture of oil with diluent for blending (aprox. 20 API).

Status Project DE 1. MUSTANG ENGINNERING develops Feasibility Study of Project. Will be finished on June 30, 2008. 2. BID documents for the Development of Detailed Engineering in preparation. Will be finished on July, 2008. 3. BID documents for Environmental Impact Study in preparation. Will be finished on July, 2008.
