ABSTRACT The following study aims to identify what are the eating habits of the habitants of Bucaramanga, if you are leading a healthy life, why patronize establishments, all this in order to show the benefits of eating healthy. The study population were men and women between 10 and 50 who responded to our online survey. Key words: Fitness, Food, Nutrition, Health. 4

People are looking for new alternatives for feeding to improve their quality of life Weaknesses: 1. The reasons why people do not have healthy eating is lack of facilities and the high prices that restaurants manage 2. The healthy culture comes from home and regularly if parents eat poorly, children will do it too Opportunities: 1. People are increasingly looking for restaurants that offer them healthy food 2. People are beginning to understand that a healthy life is an excellent life choice to live. Threats: 1.In most cases, consumers are going to the mall to eat fast food, which hurts a little healthy food business 2. Healthy food is not a cheap product for the fast food or "junk food". 19

20 4. CONCLUSIONS The people consume healthy foods frequently because people think about their come out when choosing their food. People sometimes do not eat healthy foods as there are few places that offer this type of food. The people often eat healthy food, but when they have to choice they prefer fast food. There are a lot of choices to change to a healthy life. It s so important for the body to have a balanced diet. The junk food causes disease and produces a very low quality life. It is difficult to change the eating habits of people, but with effort and good publicity can be achieved 20
