1 Español Inglés 1. CÓMO PUEDO REGISTRARME EN UN CURSO DE CÍRCULO EMPRESARIAL EIBUR, S.L.? Encontrará la ficha de solicitud de inscripción en nuestra Web o puede solicitarla por correo electrónico: spanish@eibur.com. Una vez cumplimentada la ficha con letras mayúsculas, debe enviarla por mail, fax o correo ordinario: Oficinas: Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L., C/ San Pablo, 12C Burgos (ESPAÑA). Tfno.: (+34) Además, deberá enviar un *depósito del 50 % del precio del curso a modo de reserva de plaza, junto con su ficha de inscripción. El pago del depósito, no recuperable, se realizará por transferencia bancaria o con tarjeta de crédito (VISA O MÁSTER CARD). Se procederá a la cancelación de las matrículas cuando no se haya efectuado el correspondiente pago del depósito al menos dos semanas antes del comienzo del curso. * El depósito del 50 % se deducirá de la cuota a pagar por el curso solicitado, y no será recuperable. 2. CÓMO PUEDO PAGAR MI CURSO? Puede efectuar el pago del curso de una vez en el momento de realizar la inscripción (100 % de la cuota del curso + alojamiento + servicios adicionales), en cuyo caso debe enviar la solicitud de inscripción cumplimentada junto con el comprobante del pago correspondiente. ESPAÑA El pago de los costes del curso debe hacerse efectivo en su totalidad al menos 2 semanas antes del comienzo del mismo. 2 IBAN: ES BIC : CAZRES2Z 3. CAMBIOS Y CANCELACIONES El pago de las cuotas de los cursos debe efectuarse al menos 2 semanas antes del comienzo de los mismos. El depósito del 50 % no es recuperable. Se cobrará el importe equivalente al 100% del precio del curso por cancelaciones realizadas o notificadas una vez comenzado el curso. Asimismo, se cobrará el 50 % del precio del curso si éste es cancela con menos de 2 semanas de antelación. Todas las devoluciones tendrán un cargo del 10 % por gastos de administración. Si se desea cancelar un programa (curso con o sin alojamiento) con anterioridad al comienzo del curso, se deberá notificar a Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L., por escrito (fax, , carta o telegrama). No se aceptarán cancelaciones recibidas por otras vías. Una vez comenzado el programa elegido (curso de español con o sin alojamiento), el alumno no recibirá devolución alguna (excepto en los casos contemplados por nuestra política de cancelación). Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. no se hará responsable de las cancelaciones debidas a motivos personales, de salud o imprevistos del alumno. Cualquier cambio de alojamiento o programa después de la llegada del alumno tendrá un coste añadido de 100 (sujeto a disponibilidad). 4. CONDICIONES GENERALES Y GARANTÍAS DE CÍRCULO EMPRESARIAL EIBUR, S.L. Es una empresa dedicada a la enseñanza privada, acreditada por el Instituto Cervantes y ubicada en Burgos. Garantiza la veracidad de la información publicitada sobre todos los programas, alojamientos y servicios adicionales ofertados para el año Cualquier arreglo o acuerdo de carácter extraordinario deberá redactarse por escrito y llevar la firma del centro. Es miembro de la Red de Centros Acreditados del Instituto Cervantes. Garantiza un máximo de 10 alumnos por clase. Garantiza el cuidado y seguimiento de sus alumnos menores de edad, dentro y fuera del centro de enseñanza. Garantiza un alojamiento de calidad en familias de acogida seleccionadas por el centro. Se reserva el derecho de mostrar fotografías de los alumnos como parte de su material promocional. Las ofertas publicadas no son acumulables y están sujetas a disponibilidad. No se podrán realizar cambios en las reservas efectuadas con anterioridad a cualquier promoción ofertada. Todas las ofertas y promociones se aplicarán en el momento de realizar la reserva. Los descuentos ofertados después de realizada la primera inscripción no tendrán validez. 2

3 Cualquier queja se deberá formular por escrito en el plazo de 24 horas posteriores al comienzo del curso. De lo contrario, los alumnos perderán sus derechos de compensación, devolución o cambio. Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. sólo aceptará sugerencias y peticiones de cambio para mejorar sus servicios a título informativo. 5. ALOJAMIENTOS Dado que se da prioridad a los estudiantes que se han registrado por adelantado, Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. no puede garantizar el alojamiento solicitado por el estudiante que se haya registrado con una semana de antelación, o menos, antes del inicio del curso. En el supuesto de que un estudiante no quede satisfecho con el alojamiento asignado y su queja esté debidamente justificada, podrá cambiar de alojamiento a otro del mismo tipo (hasta un máximo de 3 cambios), y deberá dar a conocer a la persona responsable su deseo de cambiar durante la primera semana de estancia en el programa. Todos los estudiantes deben informar a Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. o a la familia de acogida sobre la fecha y hora de su llegada por adelantado. Cuando un estudiante inscrito en un curso de español solicite alojamiento para un familiar o amigo, Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. no garantizará dicho alojamiento dado que siempre dará prioridad a otros estudiantes que soliciten alojamiento. Si un estudiante decide que desea posponer un programa o tomarse un descanso por motivos personales injustificados, perderá todo derecho sobre el reembolso de su dinero y no podrá recuperar el curso. 6. SEGURO OPCIONAL Los estudiantes no están asegurados en caso de enfermedad, accidente, pérdidas de objetos personales (ni en su alojamiento ni en el aula). Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. recomienda la contratación de un seguro opcional que todos los estudiantes podrán contratar si lo desean. 8. ACUERDO CÍRCULO EMPRESARIAL EIBUR, S.L. ESTUDIANTE Una vez firmada la solicitud de inscripción o pagada la cuota del curso, el estudiante deberá acatar todas las condiciones arriba descritas. Si debido a circunstancias ajenas a la voluntad de Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. los precios del alojamiento subieran, Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. lo notificará a los estudiantes con antelación a los cambios efectuados sobre los mismos. La presente lista de precios de Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. sustituye a todas las anteriores y tiene validez desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2016 para todos los programas que se realicen en el plazo comprendido entre ambas fechas. 4 1. GENERAL 1.1. On formalizing enrolment in a course (and accommodation) over the Internet, by fax, online booking or in writing, students must accept the General and Payment Conditions and Payment Method, as well as the norms, rules and guarantees of Círculo Empresarial EIBUR, S.L. that have been previously given and read Círculo Empresarial EIBUR management reserves the right to cancel a course in the exceptional case that only 2 or 3 students are enrolled in a course in the same level group Círculo Empresarial EIBUR accepts no responsibility whatsoever for cases of force majeure (according to law) or for students actions Círculo Emprearial EIBUR will ensure that pupils under 18 years old are properly looked after inside and outside its premises. 2. PLACEMENT TEST 2.1. The students have to complete a placement test to establish their level of Spanish which they can find through our website: This should be done at least one week before their arrival to the school If on arriving to the school they haven t done the test, they will be able to do it the first day of class. 3. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE EIBUR will issue a Certificate of Attendance, once the course is finished. Such certificate will only be of academic value. Students must attend 90% of the classes to have the right to the certificate of attendance. 4. ACCOMODATION 4.1. EIBUR will ensure that accommodation provided to students is suitable for them EIBUR will ensure that host families are carefully selected and assigned to students according to their needs and interests The student will be charged for the replacement of broken items due to either negligence or by intention If there is damage and no one is directly responsible, we will divide the cost of repairs among all students in the flat or residence In case of a serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behaviour, the student will be expelled from the accommodation contracted with EIBUR without the right to any refund In high season, the student residences may be substituted by host family homes at a corresponding price. 5. INSURANCE 5.1. Medical: we advise all citizens of the EU to bring the E-111 document. If you require medical treatment, with this document and the medical bill you will be able to reclaim the medical expenses from your country of origin. We recommend that students from other countries take out a medical insurance policy provided by EIBUR that guarantees coverage for the illnesses stipulated on the above mentioned policy Civil liability: EIBUR has an accident and civil liability insurance policy that covers possible incidents or minor accidents that may occur within its centres. EIBUR is 4

5 not responsible for the loss or theft of students personal property, for which we recommend you take out your insurance policy. 6. VISA Students from Western Europe do not require a visa to enter Spain or Latin America. Students from other countries must enquire about obtaining a visa at the Spanish embassies or consulates closest to them. 7. ADMISSION OR EXPULSION 7.1. EIBUR reserves the right to cancel the student s place if on the day of their arrival they or their agency have not paid the total sum of the course accommodation and other services contracted In the case of a serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behaviour or infringement of the laws of the country in which the course is taking place, the student will be expelled from the school and accommodation contracted with EIBUR without the right to any refund In the case where damages are caused to third parties, all the expenses claimed from EIBUR that originate from the above mentioned incident will be charged to the student, who will have no right to later claims. 8. LAST- MINUTE RESERVATIONS, CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE 8.1. The advance payment for confirmation of the reservation will be 50 % of the total cost of the programme (course and accommodation) For the confirmation of reservations made 2 weeks or less before arrival, the total invoice must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. 9. COURSE REDUCTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS 9.1. Cancellations before arrival will only be accepted in writing (letter, telegram, e- mail or fax). Written evidence of the cancellations is required and therefore cancellations made by telephone will not be deemed valid For cancellations prior to the last 2 weeks before arrival, there will be a penalty of 50% of the advance payment For cancellation in the last two weeks before arrival the advance payment will not be refunded In no case whatsoever will money for the course / accommodation be refunded once the course has started (except in the case of the refund guarantee) For all reimbursements an administrative fee of 10% of the amount to be refunded will be charged (a minimum of 75 ) to cover administrative costs of returning your money, as well as the standard fee for changes in the reservation (150 ) 9.6. Students who require any type of student visa for their course and have to cancel their course must send an official original certified document directly from the Embassy For students who have visas, cancellations will only be considered once the student provides proof of leaving the country and once the visa obtained through EIBUR is no longer valid. In addition, the cancellation will only be valid on the student s return to their country of origin Refunds must be requested during the 30 days following the completion of the course or cancellation. Once this period is complete, the student no longer has the right to request any refunds. 5

6 9.9. Any refunds will be made in the 45 day period following the request by bank transfer to the bank account of the student or to the account from where the payment has been made (not valid any other account or person) In the event of a cancellation or course reduction, original prices will be applied whether or not the student has opted for a special discount or promotion For cancellations after a Visa is issued the penalty will be minimum 1,500 (not applicable for citizens of the US, Canada, Brazil, China, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Turkey, South Africa). 10. CUSTOMER SERVICE 10.1 Any complaints need to be given in writing and within the first 24 hours. Otherwise students will lose their right to any compensation, refund or changes. EIBUR will accept any suggestions after departure date or requests only on an information level and to improve our services. 11. COPYRIGHT The management of EIBUR reserves the right to use all possible photos taken during the student s stay unless the student declares otherwise on his arrival at the school. 12. CONTRACT No signatures are necessary for the agreement. Any bookings or payments confirm the acceptance of the agreement with all these conditions. 13. HOLIDAYS Please check our Web site ( for updated holidays as they may be subject to change before planning your trip to Spain. EIBUR is not obliged to refund or make up any classes missed due to National or Local holidays. In case of two holidays within one week (Monday to Friday), one day of the missed lessons will be recuperated except for One-to-One classes which will be recuperated in any case. 14. DISCOUNTS AND CREDIT NOTES The Enrolment fee is valid for one year from the first reservation made. In other words, any courses reserved during this year can be made using the same enrolment fee Discounts cannot be accumulated and all of them have a set duration period. They cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are only applicable when students are eligible for them when enrolling. Discounts that become available after the first enrolment are not valid Credit notes are only valid for up to 12 months (form your star date). Once this period of 12 months comes to an end, the student loses the right to them. 15. REFUNDS Refer back to points 7 and 8 (cancellations) Refunds can only be made and money can only be transferred to the student who booked the course. Refunds will never be made out to anyone other than the student or the tutor who paid for the reservation. 16. OFFERS The published offers cannot be accumulated. All offers are subject to availability. There will be no changes made to bookings that have been received prior to the promotion. All offers and promotions will be applied at the time of booking. 6

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA In compliance with Spanish Law 15/1999, December 13, regarding the protection of personal data, EIBUR would like to inform you that your personal details within these general conditions will be stored in a database (whose liability and responsibility is EIBUR, S.L., S.L.), solely for the commercial and operative purposes of the company. By accepting these general conditions your give your consent to the above said treatment and for their use for the aforementioned purposes. At the same time, you have the right to request that we inform you of your rights to access correct and cancel such information within the established terms of the prevailing legislation, by writing to the address: C/ San Pablo, 12C Burgos. SPAIN. 18. PAYMENT CONDITIONS The total sum must be received at least 2 weeks before your arrival. Without the full payment EIBUR can cancel the program, and the student has no right to a refund. Please put your name and EIBUR on all documents relating to transfers All bank charges will be your responsibility. In the case whereby the bank charges us a commission for receipt of your payment, we reserve the right to charge you this sum on your arrival Prices established by EIBUR are valid until the 31 st of December 2016 for courses beginning and ending in the year The current price list overrules all previous information about prices and dates EIBUR is not responsible for printing errors that may appear or errors in publications by third parties about EIBUR, S.L.
