Nuevas clases extraescolares estudiar música ayuda a mejorar la memoria practicar kárate desarrolla la concentración jugar al ajedrez ordena la mente Las clases extracurriculares han sido siempre importantes para que los niños desarrollen su inteligencia. Desde muy jóvenes, los chicos asisten a los clubs en los colegios o a clases particulares cerca de casa para aprovechar todas las oportunidades siempre ha sido así. Lo último en actividades extraescolares es la inteligencia emocional en vez de los clubs típicos como ballet, deporte o inglés, los cuales interesan más a los padres, según una encuesta reciente. El método enseña a los niños cómo tener un equilibro emocional, físico y mental. Así, se hacen adultos emocionalmente estables. Las clases mostrarán a los niños cómo controlar el nerviosismo y las emociones negativas y cómo aumentar la confianza en sí mismo. Además, les ayudan a razonar y a reflexionar para que consigan una disciplina personal y un buen hábito de estudio.
