FROSTER units use a deep-cooling refrigeration system for bottled beer. Once the unit has completed its temperature pull-down, a layer of frost appears over the bottles when they are removed from the refrigerator due to the thermal shock that takes place as the glass comes into contact with the warmer outside temperature. The beer can be cooled at a temperature of down to 21ºF (-6 C) without freezing the beer (glass bottles only). At this temperature, your consumers will inherently perceive "refreshment" as another of your product's main attributes. The FROSTER units are appropriate for restaurants, bars, or for any event or locale with a high turnover of on-site beer consumption. Two FROSTER categories are available in the product line: Vertical FROSTER units and Horizontal FROSTER units. In each category there are a variety of sizes to satisfy the diverse space and volume requirements of the different consumption channels in the market. VERTICAL FROSTER LINE The VERTICAL FROSTER units are appropriate for points of purchase having high consumption in an environment with reduced space. These refrigerators are available with solid doors to maximize energy efficiency, or with heated glass doors for product display. They can be decorated with high impact decals to visually attract consumers at the point of purchase, while stimulating a longing for a cold beer. Also available is the revolutionary illuminated door system to increase the visual impact at the point of purchase. HORIZONTAL FROSTER LINE The HORIZONTAL FROSTER units are designed to be placed behind the bar of a restaurant or other locale. As an option, they may be decorated with high impact decals. Their structures are completely reinforced in order to support the weight of the bottles when the units are filled up to their maximum capacity. The reinforced structure prevents the cabinet from deforming and also from becoming less energy-efficient by protecting it from the gradual separation of the unit's junctures, which can lead to the filtration of heat into the cabinet. Moreover, the reinforcements increase the unit's life-span by 100%, making your investment much more valuable. Los equipos verticales decorados con su imagen captan la mirada y estimulan el deseo de una cerveza bien fría. LÍNEA FROSTER HORIZONTAL Los equipos HORIZONTALES FROSTER son ideales para colocar detrás del bar de un restaurante para facilitar el expendio de cerveza en botellas. Opcionalmente también pueden ser decorados con calcomanías de alto impacto. Las estructuras de estos están reforzadas para que al cargar el equipo a su máxima capacidad soporten el peso de las botellas. La estructura reforzada impide que el gabinete se deforme y que con el tiempo ocurran separaciones en las uniones del gabinete que gradualmente lleguen a incrementar la pérdida de frío o ingreso de calor. Asimismo, el gabinete reforzado incrementa la visa útil del equipo en un 100% y por ende aumenta el rendimiento financiero de su inversión en frío.
