El transfer (pick up) del aeropuerto al hotel es cubierto por cada participante, se recomienda contratar el servicio con el mismo hotel. ACREDITACIONES / REGISTRATION Para acreditar su participación en la Rueda de Negocios Aromas del Ecuador 2015 y los eventos adicionales, es importante que realice su registro en los puntos habilitados. In order to attend the Business Matchmaking Aromas Del Ecuador 2015 and additional events, it is important to register your participation in registration counter. El sistema permite realizar impresión de su escarapela por lo que puede ser presentada directamente en el área de registro. The system allows you to print your badge; therefore it can be shown directly in the registration area. Es obligatorio e indispensable portar su credencial siempre en lugar visible para tener acceso al salón donde se llevará a cabo la rueda de negocios y a todos los lugares donde se desarrollen eventos complementarios. It is mandatory and essential to always wear your badge visibly to access the venue where will be held the business matchmaking and also in every complementary event.
CITAS DE NEGOCIOS / BUSINESS MEETINGS HOW IT WORKS Su agenda de negocios podrá ser consultada e impresa con los respectivos números de mesas de cada cita, a partir del día 1 de Septiembre, accediendo con su nombre de usuario y contraseña al sistema de citas; opción imprimir agenda. Your business agenda can be viewed and printed with the assigned numbers for each meeting and table, from September 1, accesing with your username and password to the meeting system; click the print agenda option. Las citas de negocios tienen una duración de 30 minutos, durante este tiempo usted y el comprador estarán sentados en la mesa realizando la negociación, al terminar la cita el exportador es quien deberá ubicar la mesa asignada para su próxima cita de negocios. The duration of the business meetings is 30 minutes, during this time you and the buyer will be sitting at the table doing the negotiation, at the end of the meeting every exporter must locate the next assigned table for the next business meeting. CÓDIGO DE VESTUARIO / DRESS CODE Los organizadores usarán la credencial que los identificará como miembros del Staff. The organizers will wear a badge that will identify them as members of Staff. Los empresarios participantes pueden vestir traje casual durante los eventos. Participants may wear business casual suit during events. ALMUERZO/ LUNCH COFFEE BREAK Se ofrecerá coffee break en la mañana y tarde, así como almuerzo a los empresarios.
