Student orientation is drawing near and to make the process run smoother, we are asking that you please complete the enclosed paperwork. Please bring the entire packet with you to orientation. Below are the orientation schedules as well as descriptions of the paperwork: August 12 th, 2013 Student Orientation A thru F (by last name) 9:00am 10:30am Front Lobby - Cafeteria- Purchase uniform polo ($20), cardigans, spirit shirts ($15), PE uniform ($20), pay for meals. *Seniors will have a different uniform this year, please purchase the correct uniform for seniors Have picture taken for ID Turn in all documents that were sent in the mail Receive class schedule and locker 10:30am 12:00pm Cafeteria - Discipline, procedure, Chrome book assembly for parents and students G thru N (by last name) 1:00pm 2:30pm Front Lobby - Buy uniform polo ($20), cardigans, spirit shirts ($15), PE uniform ($20), pay for meals. *Seniors will have a different uniform this year, please purchase the correct uniform for seniors Cafeteria- Have picture taken for ID Turn in all documents that were sent in the mail

3 The following is the list of documents enclosed with this letter. Please fill out all documents and return them during your specified orientation time. Pick-up information It is essential that we have an updated list on file every year. Lunch Application Regardless of your qualifications we need everyone to complete this application. We will award all students that turn in a completed application with a FREE JEANS DAY pass. Immunization Letter Please read this letter carefully. If your child s immunization is not up-to-date they will not be able to attend school. Please make sure all immunizations are current and the school has them on file. PE Waiver Form This form must be completed for your child to participate in PE classes. Volunteer Form: We ask that all parents help out in some manner during the school year. Regardless of what language you speak or how much time you can commit to, all help is welcome! Locker Agreement: All 9 th 12 th grade students will be assigned a locker. This form must be completed in order to take possession of the locker. Updated Contact Information: It is important that we have all contact information complete and updated. Please do not place your child s address as a contact for parent/guardian. We appreciate you taking the time to fill this paperwork out before orientation. It will help the orientation process go much quicker and smoother.

4 Please be familiar with the following documents as they pertain to the daily routine/procedures for the school year: Dismissal Procedures: In order to keep an orderly and safe environment we have a few procedures in place for all dismissal times. Bell Schedule: The bell schedule has been updated and will change for the school year. Please pay attention to all the changes as the end of the day will be later than in past school years. Academic Calendar: This calendar will contain all the dates you need to know regarding the first and last days of school, early dismissal days as well as all vacation/holiday days throughout the school year Thank you!
