To kick off the pre-sales, we are extending a special offer to the first 50 students who turn in their order form. The first 50 students to place their order will receive a Coyote stuffed animal. This is a once and a lifetime offer to not only support your school but also to receive something back for your support. Not able to be one of the top 50 to put your order in first? No worries! 4 It is time to get started on the most fabulous keepsake of your 5 th grade child s years at Breeze Hill, their YEARBOOK! This year s yearbook will include a section for 5 th Graders only entitled, Then and Now. We would like you to send in a photo of your child in Kindergarten so that we can compare it to their current picture. This can be the photo taken by the school photographer or another photo when your child was 5 years old. How Do I Submit My Students Photo To send in your photos there are three ways: Send in hard copies or CDs: Please put the name of your student and teacher on the back of each photo or CD. Scanned copies will be accepted, but they need to be scanned at 300 DPI or above. Place in an envelope and address it to Yearbook Committee 5 th Grade Then and Now Photos. Envelopes can be given to your 5 th Grade teacher to be forwarded on. (Photos and CDs can only be returned if information is provided). Submit Online: Go to you will need to create a user name and password and tie it to Breeze Hill Elementary. Please make sure you add a description of your photo with your child s name and teacher. your photo: Please put your students name and their teachers name in the subject line and it to breezehillyearbook@gmail.com. In the subject line please indicate it is for the 5 th grade Then and Now project. Photos need to be received by February 3, You will receive notification when we receive your child s photo.
