REGISTRATION : The deadline for registration is 2nd APRIL 2010. Please try to book earlier if you can. A registration form is enclosed. LOCATION : The workshop will be held at a local school in Heredia. LODGING : We will try to accommodate people in houses with members of the Society for the duration of the workshop. We can offer accommodation for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, beyond that we have provided a reliable tour service with whom you can make arrangements for additional nights and /or travel if you wish to extend your stay to experience more of our beautiful country. There will be a session at the club on Friday evening 6pm, all are welcome. Saturday 6-8pm there will also be a session at the club with potluck meal. Other members unable to share in the workshop will be joining us. ALOJAMIENTO : Trataremos de alojar personas en las casas de los miembros de la Asociación por el periodo del taller. Podremos ofrecer alojamiento las noches de viernes, sábado y domingo, después de este tiempo ofrecemos servicio turístico con los que usted puede hacer arreglos para noches adicionales y/o viajes si usted desea extender su estadía para conocer más de nuestro país. Nosotros hemos usado este servicio y ha sido muy eficiente.
