Evaluación de Desempeño - Observaciones Período Analito Observación Desempeño (Control de calidad Interno) Control externo RIQAS T3L Ha presentado históricamente un desempeño pobre en el nivel bajo, se está intentando bajar el CV% con un seguimiento más estricto del CCI. Resultados aceptados (8/8 muestras) en todos los niveles. T4 βhcg DFH En el mes de setiembre ha presentado un cambio de comportamiento, existen dos poblaciones de datos durante el mes que producen una sobreestimación del CV%, el cual volverá a valores habituales en el mes de octubre. Se observa un sesgo negativo en niveles medios y bajos, que fue elevado a Siemens para su inveswtigación. Se atribuye a un desplazamiento gradual de la media del grupo par. Tanto la media de BAIRES como la del grupo par han disminuido, se espera que se ajusten en los próximos meses. Si bien su desempeño ha mejorado, muestra históricamente un alto CV% en valores bajos. Se está estudiando cambiar el método a Architect i4000 o c8000, como ya se hizo con otras drogas con buenos resultados. Resultados aceptados (8/8 muestras) Se observa un sesgo negativo (aprox. 10% de promedio) en un rango de valores más amplio. Se volverá a consultar a Siemens con estos nuevos datos que refuerzan las observaciones del CCI. Tuvimos 1 rechazo en 8 muestras. Resultados aceptados (8/8 muestras) CARB Se ha cambiado de método (a Abbott Architect c8000). Los valores de mayo y julio corresponden a Immulite 2000, con el que manteníamos un sesgo positivo con respecto al grupo par. La comparación entre ambos métodos ha sido satisfactoria. El grupo par en Abbott es reducido. Resultados aceptados (7/7 muestras) por turbidimetría Abbott. El grupo par en RIQAS tiene mayor número de laboratorios (N=11) FER Se han mantenido las irregularidades en el comportamiento de los Biorad 2 y 3. Hemos elevado el problema a Biodiagnóstico, de donde aún no hemos tenido una respuesta concreta. Resultados aceptados (8/8 muestras) TG Se mantuvo el sesgo negativo en el BIORAD 1. Se elevó el problema a Siemens y la respuesta fue que intentemos cambiar la forma de manipulación del control en el momento de fraccionarlo, lo cual se está estudiando ahora.
