1 CIRCULAR N 959 VISTOS: Las facultades que confiere la ley a esta Superintendencia, se imparten las siguientes instrucciones de cumplimiento obligatorio para todas las Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones. REF.: CIRCULAR DE ACTUALIZACION DE INVERSION DE LOS FONDOS DE PENSIONES EN EL EXTRANJERO. DEROGA CIRCULAR N 954 DEL 18 DE DICIEMBRE DE La presente Circular consta de los anexos números 1, 2, 3 y 4 en los que se señala respectivamente: la nómina de emisores, instrumentos y bolsas de valores extranjeras aprobados por la Comisión Clasificadora de Riesgo para la inversión de los Fondos de Pensiones en el extranjero al 8 de enero de 1997 y el código identificatorio de los emisores; la nómina de instituciones inscritas en el Registro de Mandatarios de esta Superintendencia y de aquellas para las cuales el certificado a que se refiere el número 2, de la letra B, del Capítulo III de la Circular No. 874 de esta Superintendencia se encuentre vigente; los códigos que las Administradoras deberán utilizar para informar, en el formulario D-2.3 y D-2.4 del Informe Diario, el país en el cual está registrada la institución financiera con la que se tiene cuenta corriente tipo 3 y las monedas extranjeras en que se denominen las inversiones; y los códigos de las bolsas de valores extranjeras aprobadas por la Comisión Clasificadora de Riesgo para realizar operaciones de cobertura de riesgo financiero para el Fondo de Pensiones. 2. Derógase la Circular N 954 de fecha 18 de diciembre de 1996 a contar de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la presente Circular.
