2 Introducción Los días 16 y 17 de marzo de 2012 se celebrará en Zaragoza el seminario La legislación sobre insolvencias en la actual crisis financiera, organizado por la Comisión de Insolvencias de la UIA (Unión Internacional de Abogados), con la participación y apoyo del Real e Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Zaragoza en cuyas magníficas instalaciones se desarrollarán sus sesiones. Será una gran ocasión de conocer de cerca, y a través de los mejores profesionales de América, Europa y áfrica, las diferentes soluciones que sus legislaciones dan a los actuales problemas de insolvencia. Asimismo, se podrá conocer de primera mano las diferencias fundamentales en las leyes concursales vigentes en derecho comparado con especial referencia a la Ley UNCITRAL. Introduction On the 16 th and 17 th of March 2012, the seminar on "Insolvency Legislation in the Current Financial Crisis" will take place in Zaragoza, organised by the UIA (International Association of Lawyers) Insolvency Law Commission, with the participation and support of the Real e Ilustre Zaragoza Bar Association. The sessions will take place at the magnificent premises of the Zaragoza Bar Association. This seminar will be a great opportunity to get to know closely and through the best professionals from America, Europe and Africa the different solutions given in each jurisdiction to the current problems arising from insolvency. In addition, the major differences between insolvency legislations under Comparative law will be analyzed, including a special reference to UNCITRAL.
