2 What is CIRCE? CIRCE is a private Fundatin, created in 1993 by the University f Zaragza, the Reginal Gvernment f Aragón and the Endesa Grup. Currently, the trustee f CIRCE Fundatin is integrated by: Since 2001, CIRCE is acknwledged as Centre f Technlgical Innvatin. In 2009 the University f Zaragza -CIRCE jint University Research Institute was cnstituted.
