Elija el Prgrama de mvilidad crrespndiente en el desplegable: Erasmus (universidades scias cmunitarias* cn cnveni bilateral suscrit cn UGR) Intercambi (universidades scias extracmunitarias cn cnveni bilateral suscrit cn UGR) Erasmus Partner Cuntries (Dimensión Internacinal) (universidades scias extracmunitarias cn acuerd interinstitucinal suscrit cn UGR en el marc de un pryect Erasmus. Rellene sus dats persnales tal y cm aparecen en su pasaprte y ASEGÚRESE DE QUE NO HAY ERRORES ORTOGRÁFICOS. NOTA IMPORTANTE: Al intrducir la dirección de , use preferentemente el e- mail de estudiante de su universidad de rigen. 2 Dats académics en la UGR: Elija el Centr (Facultad Escuela) de la UGR dnde desea estudiar. La elección de Facultad Escuela determinará las asignaturas que pdrá seleccinar en su prpuesta del plan de estudis. Elija la Titulación crrespndiente de la Facultad Escuela seleccinada. Seleccine el perid de estudis. La pción Otrs es sól para estudiantes que vienen a realizar un perid de prácticas regladas una estancia de investigación al margen de las fechas ficiales de ls cuatrimestres establecids. Prpuesta de acuerd de estudis que desea realizar en UGR: Elija las asignaturas que tiene previst realizar en la UGR (prpuesta de acuerd de estudis). Sól pdrá escger asignaturas del listad. Pulse sbre el icn verde (+) (ver la imagen baj estas líneas) para abrir el listad glbal Las asignaturas se encuentran rdenadas alfabéticamente. Seleccine la letra que desee para acceder al listad de asignaturas Una vez elegida la asignatura, pulse el icn flppy para guardar y pase a seleccinar la siguiente asignatura repitiend este prcedimient NOTA: La prpuesta de plan de estudis es PROVISIONAL. La matrícula en las asignaturas se realiza en la UGR, en la Facultad/Escuela crrespndiente y está sujeta a la dispnibilidad de plazas en el mment de realizar el registr. Si n encuentra algunas asignaturas en el listad es prbable que sea prque n se imparten en el semestre elegid. N bstante, el listad de asignaturas dispnible en la slicitud n-line está basad en la ferta académica existente hasta ese mment. 3 Slicitud del Prgrama Mentr: El prgrama Mentr es una iniciativa del Vicerrectrad Internacinalización cuy bjetiv principal es que el estudiante internacinal que viene a la UGR pueda encntrar apy desde el inici de su estancia pr parte de un de ls Mentres UGR, que le guiará y le prprcinará su asistencia antes y durante su estancia. Para participar sól tiene que marcar la pción Slicit el Prgrama Mentr. Más infrmación en: Adjuntar dcumentación: En función del PROGRAMA* elegid, deberá aprtar una serie de dcumentación. En esta fase de la slicitud, aparecerá una pantalla para subir dicha dcumentación. En td cas, será siempre bligatri subir la cpia del pasaprte ID. 4 Cesión de dats persnales: En este pas pdrá marcar ls permiss y autrizacines para el tratamient de sus dats persnales en la Universidad de Granada. Habrá ds pcines bligatrias marcadas pr defect. El rest de ellas sn de carácter vluntari. Resguard de slicitud: Una vez cmplete tds ls pass descrits, aparecerá el siguiente text en la parte superir de la pantalla: Slicitud Grabada Crrectamente. Imprima exprte a.pdf una cpia del justificante pinchand en Vista previa de impresión. Y DESPUÉS QUÉ? Una vez que haya terminad el plaz de slicitud, existen ds fases de validación: administrativa y académica. En la primera fase, se verifica que ls dats aprtads sn crrects y se cmprueba que tda la dcumentación requerida para cada un de ls prgramas haya sid adjuntada crrectamente. En la segunda fase, el Crdinadr académic revisará la prpuesta del plan de estudis y sugerirá mdificacines en el camp Observacines, si fuera necesari. Finalmente, recibirá un para entrar de nuev a la aplicación web y cmprbar el estad de su slicitud. Es entnces cuand se ntifica si ha sid aceptad n en la UGR. En ese mensaje también encntrará infrmación sbre las Jrnadas de Recepción de Estudiantes Internacinales, que tiene lugar una semana antes del cmienz del semestre y que sn de asistencia bligatria. El enví de las cartas de aceptación, en su cas, junt cn infrmación útil, se realizará cn psteriridad a la recepción de la cmunicación sbre la aceptación en la UGR. Once the applicatin deadline has passed, yur applicatin will g thrugh tw levels f verificatin: administrative and academic. On the first level the Internatinal Relatins Office verifies that the basic infrmatin intrduced by the student is crrect and that all the required dcuments have been upladed. Als, when necessary, we verify whether the student has been fficially nmitated by the hme university. On the secnd level, the Academic Crdinatir at the crrespnding Fac /Sch will check the prpsed study plan. Sme ntes regarding pssible changes / additinal infrmatin thrugh the field Observacines may be suggested. Finally, yu will receive an frm the platfrm asking yu t check n yur applicatin status. Yu will find ut if yu have finally been accepted by the UGR. We will infrm yu as well abut the Welcme Sessins fr Internatinal Students, which take place the week prir t the start f the classes.
