Comdata Cardholder Web Services is an online, self-service web site that allows you to easily monitor and manage your pay card account. How to access Cardholder Web Services: Go to First time users must register and create a profile Enter your card number and the activation code provided when you receive the card. Note that your activation code may consist of one of the following: birth date, employee number, phone number or code word. Visit Cardholder Web Services to: Check your account balance View account activity Print account statements Transfer money into your bank account (direct deposit) Dispute a transaction Manage your personal information and account profile Set up text message alerts Simple Steps to Access Your Funds at a Bank Location Your Comdata Card includes the ability to access your funds at participating bank locations that accept MasterCard. Most large banks in your area are included in this network. To receive your cash, follow these easy steps: Call to obtain the balance on your card before going to the bank. Upon arrival at the bank, ask the teller to perform a cash disbursement. You will need to tell the teller the amount of cash you are requesting. If you want to cash out the card, this is the full balance amount on your card. Provide the teller with photo identification. The teller will process your card and provide your money, along with a transaction receipt. Note: If this is not your first transaction of the pay period, there may be a fee added to the amount of the withdrawal. Please ensure the balance available on the card is sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount and the associated fee. If you have any problems, please contact a Comdata representative at before leaving the bank location. Other Tips for Using Your Comdata Card Your Comdata Card cannot be used to pay for gas at the pump. To use your card, you must pay inside.
