4 Rally Argentina Facts and figures The event First held in 1980 in the northern Tucumán Province, the Rally Argentina moved to the southern Bariloche in 1983 and finally found its home the following year in Córdoba. The venue The Rally Argentina is set in the surroundings of Villa Carlos Paz in Córdoba Province. This place is known for their soft and sandy surface and water-splashes.
