Formato de recomendación de admisiones de psicología PA-01-R-04, diligenciada por parte del coordinador de nivel o psicólogo de la institución donde cursa sus estudios actualmente. 8. Certificado de matrimonio de los padres. 9. Visa de estudiantes (candidatos extranjeros). 10. Soportes de ingresos de ambos padres y/o acudiente Para empleados: certificado laboral, declaración de renta y/o certificado de ingreso y retención. (no aplica para funcionarios del colegio) Independientes: RUT, Camara de comercio, declaración de renta y/o certificado de ingreso emitido por un contador, tarjeta profesional del contador.
