The National Junior Honor Society is founded upon the principles of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character. Five students, from sixth and seventh grade, were inducted into this organization. These students will be entrusted with serving the community as models of the ideals held by the society. Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School is very happy to announce they will be adding a new grade level to the school! Starting this August the school will be welcoming their youngest Cheetahs: Pre-K 2 (2 year old) Fireflies! We are very excited about this new addition to our school which will be a wonderful extension to our very successful Early Childhood Program. Our Pre-K 2 Program will offer many hands-on activities that will foster social skills in a warm, nurturing environment. The Cup reminds each host family that it is their responsibility to pray for and foster vocations to the priesthood and religious life. A family is asked to host the Vocation Cup for one week.
