The TotalPay Card and Money Network Checks offer you a complete and convenient package of services you can use to access and manage your money instantly. Your pay will be deposited into the TotalPay Card and Money Network Check Program Account ( Account ) every payday so you have immediate access to your money. See the Fee Schedule and Transaction Limit Schedule enclosed with your TotalPay Card and Money Network Checks for applicable fees and limits. Also, see page 7 to learn more about the additional features you can enjoy when you upgrade to an ADP TotalPay Reloadable and Portable Card Account. 3 How to: Keep your TotalPay Card secure. Keep your TotalPay Card even if you only use the Money Network Checks. You will need your TotalPay Card number to access your Account information over the phone or online and also to write Checks. Your PIN keeps your Account and the money in it secure. You should not give your PIN to anyone for any reason. If you can t remember your PIN, call Customer Service and tell the Customer Service Representative that you need to create a new one. Check your Account balance for free! 1. Online. Visit us online to view your Account balance, at any time, free of charge. Click on the ADP TotalPay Card and Money Network Check Program link. Enter the 16-digit number on the front of your TotalPay Card and your PIN in the login fields, then click the LOGIN button. Select VIEW ACCOUNT BALANCE from the main menu. Your current balance information will be displayed along with a list of recent transactions made on your Account. 2. By phone. Listen to your Account balance at any time, free of charge, by calling Customer Service. Select the option to hear your balance. Enter the 16-digit number on the front of your TotalPay Card and your PIN to log in. Make a purchase at a store. Once your purchases have been rung up: Swipe or present your TotalPay Card. Follow the prompts on the screen. Enter your 4-digit PIN or sign for the transaction. Cash back can be received at participating merchants when your 4-digit PIN is used. Note: Process may vary by merchant and fees may apply for PIN-debit transactions. Certain fees and transaction limits may apply. Please see the Fee Schedule and Transaction Limit Schedule for more information. 3

4 Make a purchase at a gas station. Give your TotalPay Card to the gas station attendant to pre-pay for gas and avoid a pre-authorization. As with most debit cards, if you pay at the pump, merchants will pre-authorize your purchase and place a hold on a set dollar amount on your Account that is higher than the actual purchase amount. The balance is released once the payment is processed, which can take up to three days. Make purchases at hotels. The hotel clerk will verify that your TotalPay Card has sufficient funds to pay an estimated bill for your stay. That amount will be held in your Account, making it unavailable for other purchases. When you check out, the hold will be removed and the actual bill amount will be deducted. Use your TotalPay Card for rental cars. Some rental car companies may require that you use a credit card to make a reservation. Your TotalPay Card is always welcome for final payment. Get cash at an ATM. Swipe or insert your TotalPay Card: Enter your PIN. Select WITHDRAWAL from CHECKING. Enter the dollar amount you want to withdraw. Take your cash and your receipt. Note: Fees and limits may apply. See Transaction Limit and Fee Schedules. An additional fee or surcharge may be applied by an Out-of-Network ATM owner or operator. To find a surcharge free or In-Network ATM, please visit us online. Use a Money Network Check. You can write a Check to yourself each payday and cash it for free at participating locations to get 100% of your wages without charge, or anytime later to access the money available on your Account. Money Network Checks can be used to pay 4

5 bills, such as rent and utilities. Money Network Checks must be activated before they can be used. Please refer to your step- by-step instructions included with your Checks. Call Customer Service to request more Checks at no additional cost. Check cashing locations can be found by using the Money Network locator tool online or by calling Customer Service. All you need is the number on the front of your TotalPay Card and your PIN to log in to: Set up alerts online to receive your Account balance daily or once a week via or text message. * Hear or view your Account balance and transaction activity. Change your PIN. Request a statement. ** Transfer funds from your Account to a personal bank account. *Your cellular phone carrier s standard rates or other charges for receiving text messages may apply. **Fees may apply. 6 Transfer money from your Account to a personal bank account. Before you can initiate a transfer, you will need to: Obtain the BANK ROUTING NUMBER and BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER from a personal check tied to the bank account that will receive the funds (see example below) PAY TO THE ORDER OF $ DOLLARS FOR Bank Routing Number Bank Account Number Find out if the bank account is a CHECKING or SAVINGS account. Once you have the required information: Go online or call Customer Service and access your Account. Select the option to transfer funds to a bank account and follow the instructions. Note: Transfers initiated on a banking business day prior to 5:00 PM CST will be available at the designated bank account on the next business day. Transfers completed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be available at the designated bank account on the second business day. Upgrade to get a TotalPay Reloadable and Portable Card Account (Optional). * The basic TotalPay Card and Money Network Check Program allows you to receive and access your pay through the Account. When you upgrade to get an TotalPay Reloadable and Secondary Card Account, you can enjoy the following additional features and benefits: Manage all of your money conveniently with one Account: 1. Add funds directly to the Account for free, including money from a second job, tax refunds, child support or other government benefits. 6

Add cash to the Account through participating merchants or at a MoneyGram or Western Union agent location near you. * Request a TotalPay Secondary Card Share money with family members or dependants by giving them a Secondary Card they can use to make purchases. You decided when and how much money to send from the primary Account to the TotalPay Secondary Card Account. * Use the TotalPay Portable Card Account as your money management tool even if you move or change jobs. Upgrading can be done easily for a small monthly fee. For more information, or to request a TotalPay Reloadable and Portable Card Account, please call Customer Service. *Additional identity verification will be required to comply with the PATRIOT ACT. See Fee Schedule for applicable fees. Report a lost or stolen TotalPay Card or Check. Call Customer Service to report your TotalPay Card or Check lost or stolen. Lost or stolen TotalPay Cards or Checks must be reported as soon as possible. 1. Lost or stolen TotalPay Card. We will send you a replacement TotalPay Card. You can use your Money Network Checks to access your money until your TotalPay Card arrives. Your balance will be sent automatically from your lost or stolen TotalPay Card to your new TotalPay Card when you activate it. 2. Lost or stolen Money Network Check. A Customer Service Representative will research the Check s status to confirm that it has not been cashed and will restore the funds to your Account. If additional time is required to research the Check s status, please allow up to 30 days to restore the Check amount to your Account. You can use your existing TotalPay Card and Money Network Checks to access the money in the Account at any time. Q. What if I don t spend all the money that was deposited into my Account? A. That is your money and it will remain in the Account until you spend it or incur a fee. Q. Do I have to pay a sign-up fee to get a TotalPay Card and Money Network Checks? A. No. It is a free benefit offered by your employer. Q. Is there a monthly fee for this service? A. No, as long as you remain with the employer who provided your TotalPay Card. If you leave this employer or upgrade to a TotalPay Reloadable and Portable Card Account, a monthly fee applies. See the Fee Schedule for more information. Q. I don t want to pay any fees, what can I do? A. You can withdraw your money using one or a combination of the free services and transactions listed on your Fee Schedule. Q. What happens if I stop working here? A. Your employer will deposit your last pay; however, the Account remains active and you can continue to use your service with other employers and load cash at participating reload locations. See Fee Schedule for Monthly Maintenance Fee. Q Does my employer know where I spend my money? A. No. Your employer does not have access to any of the Account information including purchases and other transactions. Q. What happens if I need to return a purchase? A. Each merchant location has its own return policy and will handle the return in the same manner as any other transaction. You may receive a credit to your TotalPay Card, a cash refund or a store credit. It may take up to one week for a credit to appear.

Si no puedes recordar tu PIN, llama Servicio al Cliente e informa al representante de Servicio al Cliente que necesitas crear uno nuevo. Consultar gratis el saldo de tu Cuenta 1. A través de Internet. Visítanos por Internet para ver el saldo de tu Cuenta, en cualquier momento, sin costo alguno. Oprime el enlace ADP TotalPay Card and Money Network Check Program (El Programa de la Tarjeta ADP TotalPay y los Cheques Money Network). Una vez que el cajero registre tus compras: Presenta o pasa tu Tarjeta TotalPay por el lector electrónico. Sigue las instrucciones en la pantalla. Ingre sa tu PIN de 4 dígitos o firma para autorizar la transacción. Puedes obtener dinero en efectivo en comercios participantes cuando uses tu PIN de 4 dígitos. Nota: El proceso puede variar según el comerciante y cargos pueden aplicar por transacciones débito por PIN. Es posible que se apliquen ciertos cargos y límites de transacción. 12 Hacer una compra en una estación de servicio. Entrega tu Tarjeta TotalPay al encargado de la estación de servicio para pagar por adelantado el combustible y evitar una preautorización. Como con la mayoría de las tarjetas débito, si pagas en la máquina expendedora de combustible, los comercios autorizarán por adelantado tu compra y pondrán en reserva en tu Cuenta un monto establecido en dólares que es mayor que la cantidad real de la compra. El saldo es liberado una vez que se procesa el pago, lo cual puede demorar hasta tres días. Hacer compras en hoteles. El empleado del hotel verificará que tu Tarjeta TotalPay tenga fondos suficientes para cubrir los gastos estimados de tu estadía. Ese monto se dejará en reserva en tu Cuenta, de modo que no estará disponible para realizar otras compras. Al concluir tu estadía, el monto dejará de estar en reserva y el monto real de la factura será deducido. Usar tu Tarjeta TotalPay para alquilar un auto. Algunas agencias de alquiler de autos podrían requerir que uses una tarjeta de crédito para hacer una reservación. Puedes usa tu Tarjeta TotalPay para el pago final. Extraer efectivo en un cajero automático. Pasa o introduce tu Tarjeta TotalPay por el lector electrónico: Ingresa tu PIN. Selecciona RETIRO (WITHDRAWAL) en CUENTA CORRIENTE (CHECKING). Ingresa el monto en dólares que quieres retirar. Toma el efectivo y el recibo. Nota: Cargos y límites podrían aplicar. Consulta las Tablas de límites de transacciones y la de cargos. Un propietario u operador de cajeros automáticos fuera de la red podría aplicar una tarifa o recargo adicionales. 15 Manejar todo tu dinero de forma práctica con una Cuenta: 1. Agrega fondos a la Cuenta directamente sin cargo, incluyendo el pago de un trabajo secundario, reembolsos de impuestos, pensión de menores u otros beneficios del gobierno. 2. Deposita dinero en efectivo en la Cuenta a través de los comerciantes participantes o a través de un agente de MoneyGram o Western Union más cercano. * Solicitar una Tarjeta Secundaria TotalPay. Comparte dinero con tus familiares o dependientes dándoles una Tarjeta secundaria que puedan utilizar para realizar compras. Tú decidirás cuándo y cuánto dinero enviar de la Cuenta principal a la Cuenta de la Tarjeta Secundaria TotalPay. * Usar la Tarjeta Portátil TotalPay como tu herramienta de manejo de dinero, incluso si te mudas o cambias de trabajo. Subir la categoría de tu cuenta puede realizarse fácilmente por un bajo cargo mensual. Para obtener más información o solicitar una Cuenta de Tarjeta Portátil y Recargable TotalPay, llama Servicio al Cliente. *Se requerirá verificación de identidad adicional para cumplir con la Ley Patriótica. Llama Servicio al Cliente para informar que tu Cheque o Tarjeta TotalPay se ha perdido o ha sido robada. Debes informar el robo o la pérdida de tu Cheque o Tarjeta TotalPay de inmediato. 1. Tarjeta TotalPay perdida o robada. Te enviaremos una Tarjeta TotalPay de reemplazo. Puedes usar tus cheques Money Network para tener acceso a tu dinero hasta que recibas tu Tarjeta TotalPay. El saldo será enviado automáticamente de tu Tarjeta TotalPay perdida o robada a tu nueva Tarjeta TotalPay cuando la actives. 2. Cheque Money Network perdido o robado. Un representante de Servicio al Cliente investigará el estado de tu cheque para confirmar que no haya sido cobrado y reintegrará los fondos a tu Cuenta. Si se requiere más tiempo para investigar el Estado del Cheque, permite hasta un máximo de 30 días para que te reintegren la cantidad del Cheque a tu Cuenta. P: No quiero pagar ningún cargo, qué puedo hacer? R: Puedes retirar tu dinero usando uno o varios de los servicios y las transacciones gratuitos enumerados en tu Lista de cargos. P: Qué sucede si dejo este empleador o patrono? R: Tu empleador o patrono depositará tu último pago; sin embargo, la Cuenta permanece activa y puedes continuar usando tu servicio con otros empleadores y cargar dinero en los centros de recargo participantes.
